अक्षय तृतीया का महत्व

अक्षय तृतीया वैशाख अथवा विशाख  के महीने के दौरान शुक्ल-पक्ष की तीसरी तिथि को मनाया जाता है। सूर्य और चंद्रमा इस दिन पुरे वर्ष अवधि के दौरान अपनी चरम पर रहते हैं  अक्षय तृतीया को आखातीज के नाम से भी जाना जाता हैं।

पौराणिक मान्यता के अनुसार चारो युगों सतयुग, त्रेतायुग, द्वापर युग और कलयुग में से त्रेतायुग की शुरुआत अक्षय तृतीया के दिन हुई थी इसलिए इस तिथि को युग के आरम्भ की तिथि माना गया हैं। यह तिथि पूर्णता के साथ आती हैं। गणेश जी और वेदव्यास जी ने महाभारत लेखन की शुरुआत भी अक्षय तृतीया के दिन ही की थी। महाभारत में बताया गया है, कि भगवान श्रीकृष्ण द्वारा पांड्वो को अक्षय तृतीया के दिन एक अक्षय पात्र दिया गया था इसमें कभी अन्न और धन समाप्त नहीं होता था, इसी दिन स्वर्ग लोक से गंगा भू-लोक में अवतरित हुई थी इस दिन गंगा में स्नान करना पुण्यदायक माना जाता हैं। अक्षय तृतीया से बद्रीनाथ के पट खुलते हैं और बांके बिहारी मंदिर वर्न्दावन में चरण-विग्रह के दर्शन वर्ष में एक बार अक्षय तृतीया को ही होते हैं, इस दिन ही भगवान विष्णु के छठे अवतार भगवान परशुराम का जन्मदिन माना गया है।

अक्षय तृतीया के दिन ही श्री कृष्ण के परम मित्र सुदामा भगवान श्री कृष्ण से मिलने उनके महल गए थे और उनको वो सब बिन मांगे ही मिल गया था जिनकी की उनको आशा भी नहीं थी, भगवान तो उनके द्वारा लाये गए एक मुट्ठी चावल से ही धन्य हो गए थे।

इसी दिन भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने भरी सभा में चीर-हरण कर रहे दु:शासन से द्रौपदी की रक्षा की थी।

इसी दिन महाभारत का युद्ध भी समाप्त हुआ था और द्वापर युग का समापन भी इसी दिन हुआ था।

पंचांग के मुताबिक यह तिथि वसंत ऋतु के अंत और ग्रीष्म ऋतु का प्रारंभ का दिन भी है।

अक्षय तृतीया की 25 बातों से जानिए दिन का खास महत्व

शास्त्रों में अक्षय तृतीया को स्वयंसिद्ध मुहूर्त माना गया है। अक्षय तृतीया के दिन मांगलिक कार्य जैसे-विवाह, गृहप्रवेश, व्यापार अथवा उद्योग का आरंभ करना अति शुभ फलदायक होता है। सही मायने में अक्षय तृतीया अपने नाम के अनुरूप शुभ फल प्रदान करती है। अक्षय तृतीया पर सूर्य व चंद्रमा अपनी उच्च राशि में रहते हैं। आइए जानें 25 बातों से अक्षय तृतीया का महत्व... 

 1 .नया वाहन लेना या गृह प्रवेश करना, आभूषण खरीदना इत्यादि जैसे कार्यों के लिए तो लोग इस तिथि का विशेष उपयोग करते हैं। मान्यता है कि यह दिन सभी का जीवन में अच्छे भाग्य और सफलता को लाता है। इसलिए लोग जमीन जायदाद संबंधी कार्य, शेयर मार्केट में निवेश रीयल एस्टेट के सौदे या कोई नया बिजनेस शुरू करने जैसे काम भी लोग इसी दिन करने की चाह रखते हैं...

 2 .अक्षय तृतीया के विषय में मान्यता है कि इस दिन जो भी काम किया जाता है उसमें बरकत होती है। यानी इस दिन जो भी अच्छा काम करेंगे उसका फल कभी समाप्त नहीं होगा अगर कोई बुरा काम करेंगे तो उस काम का परिणाम भी कई जन्मों तक पीछा नहीं छोड़ेगा।

 3. धरती पर देवताओं ने 24 रूपों में अवतार लिया था। इनमें छठा अवतार भगवान परशुराम का था। पुराणों में उनका जन्म अक्षय तृतीया को हुआ था। 

 4. इस दिन भगवान विष्णु के चरणों से धरती पर गंगा अवतरित हुई। सतयुग, द्वापर व त्रेतायुग के प्रारंभ की गणना इस दिन से होती है।

 5.शास्त्रों की इस मान्यता को वर्तमान में व्यापारिक रूप दे दिया गया है जिसके कारण अक्षय तृतीया के मूल उद्देश्य से हटकर लोग खरीदारी में लगे रहते हैं। वास्तव में यह वस्तु खरीदने का दिन नहीं है। वस्तु की खरीदारी में आपका संचित धन खर्च होता है।

 

6.“न माधव समो मासो न कृतेन युगं समम्।

    न च वेद समं शास्त्रं न तीर्थ गंगयां समम्।।”

 वैशाख के समान कोई मास नहीं है, सत्ययुग के समान कोई युग नहीं हैं, वेद के समान कोई शास्त्र नहीं है और गंगाजी के समान कोई तीर्थ नहीं है। उसी तरह अक्षय तृतीया के समान कोई तिथि नहीं है। 

 7. वैशाख मास की विशिष्टता इसमें आने वाली अक्षय तृतीया के कारण अक्षुण्ण हो जाती है। वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष तृतीया को मनाए जाने वाले इस पर्व का उल्लेख विष्णु धर्म सूत्र, मत्स्य पुराण, नारदीय पुराण तथा भविष्य पुराण आदि में मिलता है।

 8.यह समय अपनी योग्यता को निखारने और अपनी क्षमता को बढ़ाने के लिए उत्तम है। 

 9. यह मुहूर्त अपने कर्मों को सही दिशा में प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए श्रेष्ठ माना जाता है। शायद यही मुख्य कारण है कि इस काल को ‘दान’ इत्यादि के लिए सबसे अच्छा माना जाता है।

 10. ‘वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया को आखातीज के रुप में मनाया जाता है भारतीय जनमानस में यह अक्षय तीज के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है। 

 11.पुराणों के अनुसार इस दिन सूर्योदय से पूर्व उठकर स्नान,दान,जप,स्वाध्याय आदि करना शुभ फलदायी माना जाता है इस तिथि में किए गए शुभ कर्म का फल क्षय नहीं होता है इसको सतयुग के आरंभ की तिथि भी माना जाता है इसलिए इसे’कृतयुगादि’ तिथि भी कहते हैं । 

 12.यदि इसी दिन रविवार हो तो वह सर्वाधिक शुभ और पुण्यदायी होने के साथ-साथ अक्षय प्रभाव रखने वाली भी हो जाती है। 

 13. मत्स्य पुराण के अनुसार अक्षय तृतीया के दिन अक्षत पुष्प दीप आदि द्वारा भगवान विष्णु की आराधना करने से विष्णु भगवान की विशेष कृपा प्राप्त होती है तथा संतान भी अक्षय बनी रहती है। 

 14.दीन दुखियों की सेवा करना, वस्त्रादि का दान करना ओर शुभ कर्म की ओर अग्रसर रहते हुए मन वचन व अपने कर्म से अपने मनुष्य धर्म का पालन करना ही अक्षय तृतीया पर्व की सार्थकता है। 

 15. कलियुग के नकारात्मक प्रभाव से बचने के लिए इस दिन भगवान विष्णु की उपासना करके दान अवश्य करना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से निश्चय ही अगले जन्म में समृद्धि, ऐश्वर्य व सुख की प्राप्ति होती है। 

 16. भविष्य पुराण के एक प्रसंग के अनुसार शाकल नगर रहने वाले एक वणिक नामक धर्मात्मा अक्षय तृतीया के दिन पूर्ण श्रद्धा भाव से स्नान ध्यान व दान कर्म किया करता था जबकि उसकी पत्नी उसको मना करती थी,मृत्यु बाद किए गए दान पुण्य के प्रभाव से वणिक द्वारकानगरी में सर्वसुख सम्पन्न राजा के रुप में अवतरित हुआ। 

 17. इस दिन पवित्र नदियों में स्नान कर सामर्थ्य अनुसार जल,अनाज,गन्ना,दही,सत्तू,फल,सुराही,हाथ से बने पंखे वस्त्रादि का दान करना विशेष फल प्रदान करने वाला माना गया है। 

18. दान को वैज्ञानिक तर्कों में ऊर्जा के रूपांतरण से जोड़ कर देखा जा सकता है। दुर्भाग्य को सौभाग्य में परिवर्तित करने के लिए यह दिवस सर्वश्रेष्ठ है। 

 19. यदि अक्षय तृतीया रोहिणी नक्षत्र को आए तो इस दिवस की महत्ता हजारों गुणा बढ़ जाती है, ऐसी मान्यता है। किसानों में यह लोक विश्वास है कि यदि इस तिथि को चंद्रमा के अस्त होते समय रोहिणी आगे होगी तो फसल के लिए अच्छा होगा और यदि पीछे होगी तो उपज अच्छी नहीं होगी।

 20. इस दिन प्राप्त आशीर्वाद बेहद तीव्र फलदायक माने जाते हैं। भविष्य पुराण के अनुसार इस तिथि की गणना युगादि तिथियों में होती है। सतयुग, त्रेता और कलयुग का आरंभ इसी तिथि को हुआ और इसी तिथि को द्वापर युग समाप्त हुआ था।

 21.रेणुका के पुत्र परशुराम और ब्रह्मा के पुत्र अक्षय कुमार का प्राकट्य इसी दिन हुआ था। इस दिन श्वेत पुष्पों से पूजन कल्याणकारी माना जाता है।

 22.धन और भौतिक वस्तुओं की प्राप्ति तथा भौतिक उन्नति के लिए इस दिन का विशेष महत्व है। धन प्राप्ति के मंत्र, अनुष्ठान व उपासना बेहद प्रभावी होते हैं। स्वर्ण, रजत, आभूषण, वस्त्र, वाहन और संपत्ति के क्रय के लिए मान्यताओं ने इस दिन को विशेष बताया और बनाया है। बिना पंचांग देखे इस दिन को श्रेष्ठ मुहुर्तों में शुमार किया जाता है।

 23.दान करने से जाने-अनजाने हुए पापों का बोझ हल्का होता है और पुण्य की पूंजी बढ़ती है। अक्षय तृतीया के विषय में कहा गया है कि इस दिन किया गया दान खर्च नहीं होता है, यानी आप जितना दान करते हैं उससे कई गुणा आपके अलौकिक कोष में जमा हो जाता है।

24. मृत्यु के बाद जब अन्य लोक में जाना पड़ता है तब उस धन से दिया गया दान विभिन्न रूपों में प्राप्त होता है। पुनर्जन्म लेकर जब धरती पर आते हैं तब भी उस कोष में जमा धन के कारण धरती पर भौतिक सुख एवं वैभव प्राप्त होता है। इस दिन स्वर्ण, भूमि, पंखा, जल, सत्तू, जौ, छाता, वस्त्र कुछ भी दान कर सकते हैं। जौ दान करने से स्वर्ण दान का फल प्राप्त होता है।

 25. इस तिथि को चारों धामों में से उल्लेखनीय एक धाम भगवान श्री बद्रीनारायण के पट खुलते हैं। अक्षय तृतीया को ही वृंदावन में श्रीबिहारीजी के चरणों के दर्शन वर्ष में एक बार ही होते हैं।

Significance of Akshaya Tritiya

Akshaya Tritiya is celebrated on the third day of Shukla Paksha during the month of Vaishakha or Visakha.  Sun and Moon remain at their peak during the whole year period on this day Akshaya Tritiya is also known as Akhateej.

According to mythological belief, out of the four yugas Satyuga, Tretayuga, Dwapar Yuga and Kaliyuga, Tretayuga started on the day of Akshaya Tritiya, hence this date is considered as the date of the beginning of the era.  This date comes with perfection.  Ganesh ji and Vedvyas ji started writing Mahabharata on the day of Akshaya Tritiya itself.  It is told in the Mahabharata, that on the day of Akshaya Tritiya, the Pandavas were given an Akshaya Patra by Lord Krishna, food and money never ran out in it, on this day the Ganges descended from heaven to earth, on this day bathed in the Ganges.  Doing is considered virtuous.  The gates of Badrinath open from Akshaya Tritiya and the Charan-Vigraha in Banke Bihari Temple Vrindavan is seen only once a year on Akshaya Tritiya, this day itself is considered to be the birthday of Lord Parshuram, the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

On the day of Akshaya Tritiya, Sudama, the best friend of Shri Krishna, went to his palace to meet Lord Shri Krishna and he got all that without asking, which he did not even expect, God was blessed with only a handful of rice brought by him.  they were finished.

It was on this day that Lord Shri Krishna saved Draupadi from Dushasana, who was raping in a crowded assembly.

The war of Mahabharata also ended on this day and the end of Dwapar Yuga also took place on this day.

According to the calendar, this date also marks the end of spring and the beginning of summer.

1. People make special use of this date for things like buying a new vehicle or entering a house, buying jewellery, etc.  It is believed that this day brings good fortune and success in everyone's life.  That's why people want to do land related work, investment in stock market, real estate deal or starting a new business on this day.

2. Regarding Akshaya Tritiya, it is believed that whatever work is done on this day is blessed.  That is, whatever good deed you do on this day, its fruit will never end; if you do any bad deed, then the result of that deed will not leave you behind for many births.

3. The gods had incarnated in 24 forms on earth.  Among these, the sixth incarnation was of Lord Parshuram.  In Puranas, he was born on Akshaya Tritiya.

4. On this day Ganga descended on the earth from the feet of Lord Vishnu.  The beginning of Satyug, Dwapar and Tretayug is counted from this day.

5. This recognition of the scriptures has been given a commercial form at present, due to which people are engaged in shopping, diverting from the original purpose of Akshaya Tritiya.  Actually this is not the day to buy things.  Your accumulated money is spent in the purchase of the item.

6. “Na Madhav Samo Maso Na Kriten Yugam Samam.

     Na cha Veda Samam Shastram na Tirtha Gangayan Samam.

There is no month like Vaishakh, no era like Satyayuga, no scripture like Vedas and no pilgrimage like Gangaji.  Similarly, there is no date similar to Akshaya Tritiya.

7. The specialty of Vaishakh month becomes intact due to Akshaya Tritiya coming in it.  The mention of this festival celebrated on Shukla Paksha Tritiya of Vaishakh month is found in Vishnu Dharma Sutra, Matsya Purana, Naradiya Purana and Bhavishya Purana etc.

8. This time is good for improving your abilities and increasing your potential.

9. This Muhurta is considered best for encouraging one's actions in the right direction.  Perhaps this is the main reason why this period is considered best for 'donation' etc.

10. Tritiya of Shukla Paksha of Vaishakh month is celebrated as Akhateej, it is famous as Akshaya Teej in Indian public.

11. According to the Puranas, getting up before sunrise and taking bath, donating, chanting, studying etc. on this day is considered auspicious and fruitful. The good deeds done on this date do not get destroyed. It is also considered as the starting date of Satyug, hence it  It is also called 'Krityugadi' date.

12. If this day is Sunday, then it becomes most auspicious and virtuous as well as having renewable effect.

13. According to Matsya Purana, on the day of Akshaya Tritiya, by worshiping Lord Vishnu with Akshat Pushpa Deep etc. special blessings of Lord Vishnu are received and children also remain Akshaya.

14. Serving the poor, donating clothes and following one's dharma with one's mind, words and deeds while moving towards auspicious deeds is the meaning of Akshaya Tritiya festival.

15. To avoid the negative effects of Kali Yuga, one must worship Lord Vishnu and donate on this day.  By doing this one definitely gets prosperity, opulence and happiness in the next life.

16. According to an incident in the Bhavishya Purana, a pious merchant named Shakal Nagar used to bathe, meditate and do charity work with full devotion on the day of Akshaya Tritiya, while his wife forbade him, due to the effect of charity done after death.  The merchant incarnated in Dwarkanagari as a king full of all happiness.

17. On this day, bathing in holy rivers and donating water, grains, sugarcane, curd, sattu, fruits, jugs, hand-made fans, clothes, etc. is considered to give special results.

18. Charity can be linked to the transformation of energy in scientific reasoning.  This day is best for converting bad luck into good luck.

19. If Akshay Tritiya falls on Rohini Nakshatra, then the importance of this day increases thousands of times, it is believed.  It is a popular belief among farmers that if Rohini is in front during the setting of the moon on this date, then it will be good for the crop and if it is behind then the yield will not be good.

20. The blessings received on this day are considered extremely fruitful.  According to Bhavishya Purana, this date is counted in Ugadi dates.  Satyug, Treta and Kalyug started on this date and Dwapar Yug ended on this date.

21. Renuka's son Parshuram and Brahma's son Akshay Kumar appeared on this day.  Worshiping with white flowers on this day is considered auspicious.

22. This day has special significance for the attainment of wealth and material things and for material progress.  Mantras, rituals and worship of getting money are very effective.  The beliefs have made this day special for the purchase of gold, silver, jewellery, clothes, vehicles and property.  This day is counted among the best Muhurtas without looking at the almanac.

23. By donating, the burden of sins knowingly or unknowingly lightens and the capital of virtue increases.  It has been said about Akshaya Tritiya that the donation made on this day is not spent, that is, the amount you donate gets deposited in your supernatural fund many times.

24. When one has to go to another world after death, then the donation given from that money is received in different forms.  Even when they come to earth after rebirth, they get physical happiness and prosperity on earth because of the money accumulated in that fund.  Gold, land, fan, water, sattu, barley, umbrella, clothes can be donated on this day.  By donating barley one gets the result of donating gold.

25. On this date, the doors of Lord Shri Badrinarayan, one of the notable four dhams, open.  Shri Bihariji's feet are seen only once a year in Vrindavan on Akshaya Tritiya.
