The sixth (6) house is the place of disease in the horoscope. The eighth house is the place of death and the 12th house is the place of expenditure.  The planet which is with the owner of the sixth house!  The owner of the second house and the seventh house is called the Marak Sthan.
The Sun represents the heart, whose house is the fifth.  When the fifth house, the fifth house and the Leo zodiac are under the influence of sin, then the chances of heart attack increase.  It is also necessary to have a sinful effect of any of the planets on the Sun, Rahu or Ketu.  The events that happen in life happen suddenly, which happen only due to the influence of Rahu or Ketu.  Heart attack also comes suddenly without any prior notice, that is why the influence of Rahu or Ketu is necessary.

Ekadashi, Dwadashi, Chaturdashi, Poornima and Amavasya are the cause of heart disease on both sides.  The people who are born in Shukla Paksha get this disease on the above dates of Krishna Paksha and those born in Krishna Paksha get this disease on these dates of Shukla Paksha.

In English / Anglo dates, this disease occurs in 1,10,19,28,13,22,4,9,18 and 27.
To know whether there will be heart disease or not, we will discuss some astrological yogas.  On the basis of these yogas, by looking at someone's horoscope, you will be able to know whether the person will have this disease or not.  The major heart diseases related astrology yogas are as follows-
If the Sun-Saturn conjunction is in the triad or in the twelfth house, then this disease occurs.
An inauspicious moon should be in the fourth house and there should be a combination of more than one malefic planet in the same house.
Ketu-Mars conjunction should be in the fourth house.
If the inauspicious moon is situated in the enemy sign or in the fourth house with two malefic planets, then heart disease occurs.
Sun is afflicted by malefic planets in Leo ascendant.
Mars-Saturn-Guru conjunction should be in the fourth house.
Sun is in conjunction with Rahu or Ketu or they have a vision on it.
Shani and Jupiter should be situated in the fourth house by being the lord of the triad house i.e. 6, 8, 12.
Rahu-Mars conjunction should be in 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th house.
Weak Guru should be visible from the sixth or Mars.
Mercury in the first house and Sun and Saturn aspected by the sixth or malefic planets.
If the Sun, Moon and Mars are enemy, then heart disease occurs.
If Rahu or Ketu is situated in the fourth house and Lagna is combined or aspected by malefic planets, then the heart suffers.
If Shani or Jupiter, being the lord of the sixth house, is situated in the fourth house and is combined or aspected by the malefic planets, then there is a disease of heart tremors.
If the Ascendant is in the fourth or debilitated zodiac or Mars is aspected by the malefic planets in the fourth house or Saturn is aspected by the malefic planets in the fourth house, then heart disease occurs.
If there is Mars in the fourth house and it is aspected by the malefic planets, then the heart rate is affected due to blood clots, due to which heart disease occurs.
If the fifth lord is in conjunction with the sixth, eighth or twelfth house or if the fifth lord is in the sixth, eighth or twelfth, then heart disease occurs.
If the fifth lord is debilitated or is in the enemy zone, then there is a heart disease.
If the fifth lord is in the sixth house, in the eighth house or in the twelfth house and is aspected by malefic planets, then heart disease occurs.
If the Sun is under the influence of sin and Cancer and Leo, the fourth house, the fifth house and its lord are under the influence of sin or the eleventh, ninth and tenth house and their lord are under the influence of sin, then heart disease occurs.
If the Ascendant of Aries or Taurus, Saturn is situated in the tenth house or if there is a vision of Saturn on the tenth and ascendant house, then the person suffers from heart disease.
If Saturn is situated in the ascendant and the tenth house karaka Sun is aspected by Saturn, then the person suffers from heart disease.
Weak Sun should be in 4th house with debilitated Mercury, Saturn should be in ascendant and Mars should be in 7th house, lord of eighth house should be in third house and lagnesh with Jupiter-Venus is afflicted by Rahu and sixth house should be in conjunction with Rahu.  So the person has heart disease.
If the fourth house is in the eleventh house, if there is an enemy in the eighth house, if there is enemy in the third house, if the ninth house is in the enemy, if the sixth house is in the ninth, Mars is in the fourth and Saturn is in the seventh, then the person has heart disease.
If the Ascendant is weak and aspected by sinful planets and Rahu is situated in the fourth house, then the person suffers heartache.
If the Ascendant is of enemy or debilitated, Mars is aspected by Saturn in the fourth house, then the heart becomes colic.
If the conjunction of Sun-Mars-Moon is in the sixth house and afflicted by malefic planets, the heart suffers.
If Mars is weak and afflicted by malefic planets in the seventh house, then there is a disorder of blood pressure.
If the Sun is in the sleeping position in the fourth house, then there is severe pain in the heart.
If the ascendant is weak in the fourth house, Bhagyesh, fifth lord is weak, sixth house is in the third house, if Ketu is affected in the fourth house, then the person suffers from heart disease.
