कुंडली में बुध ग्रह कमजोर हो तो लग जाता है 'वाणी दोष'

ज्योतिष शास्त्र में बुध का संबंध वाणी से है और कुंडली का दूसरा घर वाणी का बताया गया है. जब इस घर में पाप ग्रह या बुध कमजोर तथा पीड़ित हो तो वाणी दोष लगता है. ऐसे व्यक्ति की वाणी खराब हो जाती है. ऐसे लोगों के मुंह से अपशब्द निकलते हैं. ऐसे लोग सदैव कड़वे वचन बोलते हैं. गाली गलौज करना इनकी आदत बन जाता है. 

कुंडली में वाणी दोष होने से व्यक्ति घर या ऑफिस में कभी सम्मान नहीं पाता है. कई बार तो इस दोष के कारण उसे भयंकर मुसीबत भी उठानी पड़ जाती है. इसलिए वाणी दोष का उपाय समय रहते कर लेना चाहिए.

वाणी दोष कुंडली में कब बनता है

ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार कुंडली के दूसरे घर से वाणी की स्थिति का पता लगाया जाता है. इस घर में यदि पाप ग्रह यानि राहु, केतु की दृष्टि हो या इस घर का  स्वामी और बुध ग्रह पाप ग्रह से पीड़ित हो तो वाणी दोष लगता है. इस योग को ज्योतिष शास्त्र में दुर्भाग्य लाने वाला योग माना गया है.

वाणीक्या न सम अलंकृता 

कंठा भरण भूषिता  व्यक्ति कितने ही 

मूल्यवान आभूषण कंठ मे धारण करले फिर भी सुसंस्कृत, मधुर, स्नेहिल, विनयी, सन्नमानित शब्द न हो तो वह कंठ के आभूषण भी व्यर्थ बने रहेते है |

वाणी दोष होने पर आप अपनी अभिव्यक्ति नहीं कर पाते हैं। विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति वाणी द्वारा ही होती है। मधुरभाषी सदैव सबको प्रिय होता है । विचारों की अभिव्यक्ति वाणी से होती है। वाणी ही मनुष्य की पहचान होती है। मधुरभाषी मनुष्य सभी को प्रिय होता है। यदि वाणी में कोई दोष आ जाए या गूंगापन आ जाए तो जीवन में बहुत कुछ खो जाता है। इसे पूर्व जन्मों के कर्म फलों के रूप में देखते हैं।नाम के बाद वाणी ही उसकी पहचान बनाती है। वाणी दोष हो तो जीवन में एक अभाव सा रहता है, जीवन में एक प्रकार से कुछ खो सा जाता है जो सदेव सालता रहता है। यह दोष व्यक्ति में पूर्व जन्मों के कर्मों के कारण ही होता है।किसी भी कुंडली में दूसरा भाव वाणी का प्रतिनिधत्व करता है और बुध ग्रह वाणी का कारक कहलाता है। बुध मीन राशि में होने पर नीच राशि में होता है. बुध को पुरुष व नपुंसक ग्रह माना गया है तथा यह उत्तर दिशा का स्वामी हैं. बुध का शुभ रत्न पन्ना है , बुध तीन नक्षत्रों का स्वामी है अश्लेषा, ज्येष्ठ, और रेवती (नक्षत्र) इसका प्रिय रंग हरे रंग, पीतल धातु,और रत्नों में पन्ना है ।बुध एक ऐसा ग्रह है जो सूर्य के सानिध्य में ही रहता है। जब कोई ग्रह सूर्य के साथ होता है तो उसे अस्त माना जाता है। यदि बुध भी 14 डिग्री या उससे कम में सूर्य के साथ हो, तो उसे अस्त माना जाता है। लेकिन सूर्य के साथ रहने पर बुध ग्रह को अस्त का दोष नहीं लगता और अस्त होने से परिणामों में भी बहुत अधिक अंतर नहीं देखा गया है।बुध ग्रह कालपुरुष की कुंडली में तृतीय और छठे भाव का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। बुध की कुशलता को निखारने के लिए की गयी कोशिश, छठे भाव द्वारा दिखाई देती है। जब-जब बुध का संबंध शुक्र, चंद्रमा और दशम भाव से बनता है और लग्न से दशम भाव का संबंध हो, तो व्यक्ति कला-कौशल को अपने जीवन-यापन का साधन बनाता है।

आइये जाने बुध गृह का वाणी पर प्रभाव--

बुध ग्रह को मुख्य रूप से वाणी और बुद्धि का कारक माना जाता है। इसलिए बुध के प्रबल प्रभाव वाले जातक आम तौर पर बहुत बुद्धिमान होते हैं तथा उनका अपनी वाणी पर बहुत अच्छा नियंत्रण होता है जिसके चलते वे अपनी बुद्धि तथा वाणी कौशल के बल पर मुश्किल से मुश्किल परिस्थितियों को भी अपने अनुकूल बना लेने में सक्षम होते हैं।ऐसे जातकों की वाणी तथा व्यवहार आम तौर पर अवसर के अनुकूल ही होता है जिसके कारण ये अपने जीवन में बहुत लाभ प्राप्त करते हैं। किसी भी व्यक्ति से अपनी बुद्धि तथा वाणी के बल पर अपना काम निकलवा लेना ऐसे लोगों की विशेषता होती है तथा किसी प्रकार की बातचीत, बहस या वाक प्रतियोगिता में इनसे जीत पाना अत्यंत कठिन होता है।आम तौर पर ऐसे लोग सामने वाले की शारीरिक मुद्रा तथा मनोस्थिति का सही आंकलन कर लेने के कारण उसके द्वारा पूछे जाने वाले संभावित प्रश्नों के बारे में पहले से ही अनुमान लगा लेते हैं तथा इसी कारण सामने वाले व्यक्ति के प्रश्न पूछते ही ये उसका उत्तर तुरंत दे देते हैं। इसलिए ऐसे लोगों से बातचीत में पार पाना किसी साधारण व्यक्ति के बस की बात नहीं होती तथा ऐसे जातक अपने वाणी कौशल तथा बुद्धि के बल पर आसानी से सच को झूठ तथा झूठ को सच साबित कर देने में भी सक्षम होते हैं।अपनी इन्हीं विशेषताओं के चलते बुध आम तौर पर उन्हीं क्षेत्रों तथा उनसे जुड़े लोगों का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं जिनमें सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए चतुर वाणी, तेज गणना तथा बुद्धि कौशल की आवश्यकता दूसरे क्षेत्रों की अपेक्षा अधिक होती है जैसे कि वकील, पत्रकार, वित्तिय सलाहकार तथा अन्य प्रकार के सलाहकार, अनुसंधान तथा विश्लेषणात्मक क्षेत्रों से जुड़े व्यक्ति, मार्किटिंग क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोग, व्यापार जगत से जुड़े लोग, मध्यस्थता करके मुनाफा कमाने वाले लोग, अकाउंटेंट, साफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर, राजनीतिज्ञ, राजनयिक, अध्यापक, लेखक, ज्योतिषि तथा ऐसे ही अन्य व्यवसाय तथा उनसे जुड़े लोग।इस प्रकार यह कहना अतिश्योक्ति नहीं होगा कि आज के इस व्यसायिक जगत में बुध ग्रह के प्रभाव वाले जातक ही सबसे अधिक सफल पाये जाते हैं।बुध गले , मस्तिष्क एवं वाणी के रोग उत्पन्ना करता है , तो अगर कोइ व्यक्ति हकलता है , तुत्लाता है तो यह बुध गृह के कारण हो सकता है , बुध ऐसी स्तिथि करता है कि आप अगर कुछ बोलना चह् रहे है तो आपके दिमाग में वह् शब्द नही आएंगे , अभद्र भाषा भि बुध गृह के ही कारण होती जाती है , आवाज़ बहुत भारी हो जाती है, जल्दबाजी में झूठ और निंदा कर बैठते है , बुध गृह अगर किसी का बहुत खराब हो तो उनका उच्चारण इतना खराब हो जाता है कि दूसरों को समझने में परेशानी होती है ।वाणी दोष कि वजह से परिवार में अशांति हो जाती है , अगर बुध कि उँगली (कनिष्ठ) बहुत अंदर कि तरफ झुकी हुइ है या फिर बाहर कि तरफ़ निकली हुई है , या फिर बुध के पर्वत पर बहुत सारी लकीरों का जाल है , तो जब आप बोलना चाहेंगे तब आप वह चीज बोल नही पाएँगे , झूठ ज्यादा बोलेंगे , गले से जुड़ी समस्या हो जाती है |कन्या राशि में स्थित होने से बुध सर्वाधिक बलशाली हो जाते हैं जो कि इनकी अपनी राशि है तथा इस राशि में स्थित होने पर बुध को उच्च का बुध भी कहा जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त मिथुन राशि में स्थित होने से भी बुध को अतिरिक्त बल प्राप्त होता है तथा यह राशि भी बुध की अपनी राशि है।कुंडली में बुध का प्रबल प्रभाव होने पर कुंडली धारक सामान्यतया बहुत व्यवहार कुशल होता है तथा कठिन से कठिन अथवा उलझे से उलझे मामलों को भी कूटनीति से ही सुलझाने में विश्वास रखता है। ऐसे जातक बड़े शांत स्वभाव के होते हैं तथा प्रत्येक मामले को सुलझाने में अपनी चतुराई से ही काम लेते हैं तथा इसी कारण ऐसे जातक अपने सांसारिक जीवन में बड़े सफल होते हैं जिसके कारण कई बार इनके आस-पास के लोग इन्हें स्वार्थी तथा पैसे के पीछे भागने वाले भी कह देते हैं किन्तु ऐसे जातक अपनी धुन के बहुत पक्के होते हैं तथा लोगों की कही बातों पर विचार न करके अपने काम में ही लगे रहते हैं।बुध के वाणी पर दुष्प्रभाव से बचने के लिए |अगर बच्चों में तुतलाहट है तो यह चिंता का विषय बन जाता है , इस उपाय को करने से यह बीमारी ठीक हो सकती है , जबान साफ़ हो जाती है , शांत मन से शब्दों को धीरे धीरे बोलने कि कोशिश करे , अनुलोम - विलोम प्राणायाम सीख कर करा करे |अगर आपके बच्चे को बोलने में कठिनाई हो रही हो , या फिर कुछ शब्दों का उच्चारण ठीक से ना हो पा रहा हो तो तो उसको मजाक ना बनाये , इससे उनका आत्मविश्वास कम हो जाता है और यह गंभीर रूप ले सकता है , इसके लिए बुध के उपाय करने से वाणी में मधुरता आति है | शारदा स्तोत्र सा नित्य पाठ करते रहे |मंगल , केतु , बुध या शनि का अगर वाणी पर बूरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा होगा तो वह भी ठीक होने लगेगा।।यदि कुंडली का दूसरा भाव, दूसरे भाव का स्वामी एवं वाणी कारक ग्रह बुध यदि पाप ग्रह से युत, दृष्ट या अशुभ भाव में स्थित हो तो वाणी दोष होता है। वाणी से ही व्यक्तित्व का परिचय ओर सही पहेचान प्रदर्शित होती है |किसी भी व्यक्ति की वाणी को /आवाज को सुनकर केवल शब्दो के प्रयोजन ओर स्वर प्रवाह के माध्यम से भी किसी व्यक्ति के ग्रहों के शुभाशुभ प्रभाव को जाना जा सकता है ।।बुध मस्तिष्क, जिह्वा, स्नायु तंत्र, कंठ -ग्रंथि, त्वचा, वाक-शक्ति, गर्दन आदि का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। यह स्मरण शक्ति के क्षय, सिर दर्द, त्वचा के रोग, दौरे, चेचक, पित्त, कफ और वायु प्रकृति के रोग, गूंगापन, उन्माद जैसे विभिन्न रोगों का कारक है।सर्वार्थ चिंतामणि के अनुसार द्वितीय स्थान वक्तृत्व शक्ति, भाषण शक्ति का स्थान है और बुध भाषण का कारक ग्रह है।सवार्थ चिंतामणिकार लिखते हैं कि द्वितीयेश और गुरु अस्टम में हो तो मनुष्य मूक होता है। शम्भू होरा प्रकाश के अनुसार: शुक्र या मंगल द्वितीय या द्वादश भाव में हो तो मूक बधिर योग होता है। पराशर होरा शास्त्र के अनुसार यदि चतुर्थ स्थान में 1, 4, 7, 10 राशि हो तथा चतुर्थेश षष्ठ में व मंगल 12 में हो तो मनुष्य मूक होता है।मूक योग के बारे में सरावली में कुछ विशेष लक्षण बतलाए गए हैं-पापग्रह राशियों की संधियों में गए हो वृष राशि में चंद्रमा पर मंगल शनि सूर्य की दृष्टि हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है। जातक अलंकार के अनुसार यदि द्वितीयस्थान का स्वामी ग्रह और गुरु इन में कोई एक या दोनों 6, 8, 12 वें स्थानों में गयें हो तो मनुष्य वाणीहीन अर्थात मूक होता है।इसी प्रकार जातक की कुंडली में माता-पिता, भ्राता आदि स्थानों के स्वामी उनसे द्वितीयेश व गुरु से युक्त होकर त्रिक स्थानों में (6, 8, 12) में गए हो उन संबंधियों की मूकतां कहनी चाहिए। सर्वार्थ चिंतामणि के अनुसार द्वितीय स्थान वक्तृत्व शक्ति, भाषण शक्ति का स्थान है और बुध भाषण का कारक ग्रह है।वैदिक ज्योतिष अनुसार वाणी दोष के कुछ ज्योतिष योग इस प्रकार हो सकते हैं---मंत्रेश्वर के अनुसार -तत्तद्भावादृष्टमेशस्थितांशो तत् त्रिकोणगे। व्ययेशस्थितमांशे वा मन्दे तद्भाव नाशनम्।।अर्थात्- जिस भाव का विचार करना हो, उससे आठवें या बारहवें भाव का स्वामी जिस राशि या नवमांश में हो उससे 1, 5, व 9 में भाव में शनि आयेगा तब उस भाव का नाश करेगा। शास्त्रीय ग्रंथों में गूंगा (मूक) योग के लिए ग्रह स्थितियां

1. कर्क, वृश्चिक और मीन राशि में गये हुए बुध को अमावस्या का चंद्रमा देखता हो।

2. बुध और षष्ठेश दोनों एक साथ स्थित हों।

3. गुरु और षष्ठेश लग्न में स्थित हों।

4. वृश्चिक और मीन राशि में पाप ग्रह स्थित हों एवं किसी भी राशि के अंतिम अंशों में व वृष राशि में चंद्र स्थित हो और पाप ग्रहों से दृष्ट हो तो जीवन भर के लिए मूक (गूंगा) तथा शुभ ग्रहों से दृष्ट हो तो पांच वर्ष के बाद बालक बोलता है।

5. क्रूर ग्रह संधि में गये हों, चंद्रमा पाप ग्रहों से युक्त हो तो भी गूंगा होता है।

6. शुक्ल पक्ष का जन्म हो और चंद्रमा, मंगल का योग लग्न में हो।

7. कर्क, वृश्चिक और मीन राशि में गया हुआ बुध, चंद्र से दृष्ट हो, चैथे स्थान में सूर्य हो और छठे स्थान को पाप ग्रह देखते हों।

8. द्वितीय स्थान में पाप ग्रह हो और द्वितीयेश नीच या अस्तंगत होकर पापग्रहों से दृष्ट हो एवं रवि, बुध का योग सिंह राशि में किसी भी स्थान में हो।

9. सिंह राशि में रवि, बुध दोनों एक साथ स्थित हों तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

10. यदि षष्ठेश और बुध लग्न में हों तथा पापग्रह द्वारा दृष्ट भी हों तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

11. यदि बुधाष्टक वर्ग बनाने पर बुध स्थित राशि से द्वितीय राशि में कोई रेखा न हो अर्थात वह शून्य हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है। अतः पित्रादि भावों के स्वामी की स्थिति द्वारा पित्रादि के गूंगेपन के संबंध में समझना चाहिये।

12. दूसरे भाव से त्रिक भाव में वाणी कारक बुध स्थित हो तो यह योग होता है। अथवा द्वितीयेश त्रिक भावों में हो तो वाणी दोष होता है। यहां त्रिक भावों की गिनती द्वितीय भाव से होगी।

13. चन्द्र लग्न या लग्न से त्रिक भाव में द्वितीयेश या वाणी कारक बुध स्थिति हो और पापग्रह से युत या दृष्ट हो और किसी प्रकार की शुभ ग्रह की दृष्टि न हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

14. द्वितीयेश बुध व गुरु के साथ अष्टम भाव में हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

15. दूसरे भाव में नीच ग्रह स्थित हो और उस पर पाप ग्रह की दृष्टि हो तो वाणी दोष होता है।

16. दूसरे भाव में सूर्य, चन्द्र, राहु व पापयुत शुक्र की युति हो तो वाणी दोष होता है।

17. शनि-चन्द्र की युति दूसरे भाव में हो और उस पर सूर्य व मंगल की दृष्टि पड़े तो वाणी दोष होता है।

18. छठे भाव का स्वामी या बुध चौथे, आठवें या बारहवें स्थित हो और पापग्रह से दृष्ट हो तो वाणी दोष होता है या गूंगा होता है।

19. कर्क, वृश्चिक व मीन राशि में गए हुए बुध को अमावस का चन्द्र देखे तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

20. द्वितीय भाव से कारक ग्रह बुध 6, 8, 12 वें भाव में होने से दोष उत्पन्न होता है या द्वितीय भाव का स्वामी इन स्थानों में हो या द्वितीय भाव में 6, 8, 12 भावेश हों। यह स्थिति द्वितीयभाव को लग्न मानकर देखी जाती है।

21. जन्मलग्न या चंद्र लग्न से 6, 8, 12 भावों में द्वितीयेश या कारक ग्रह बुध हो, इन पर पाप दृष्टि हो या पापयुक्त हो अर्थात् इन पर शुभदृष्टि न हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

22. द्वितीयेश इन भावों में केंद्र व त्रिकोणेश के प्रभाव में न हो तो भी जातक गूंगा होता है या द्वितीयेश या बुध गुरु युक्त अष्टम में हो तो भी जातक गूंगा होता है।

23. द्वितीय भाव में नीच का ग्रह हो तथा उस पर पापदृष्टि हो या पापयुक्त हो।

24. द्वितीय भाव में सूर्य, चंद्र, राहु व पापयुक्त शुक्र हो या शनि युक्त चंद्र पापग्रही हो और सूर्य मंगल से दृष्ट हो।

25. कर्क, वृश्चिक और मीन राशि में पापग्रह हों, चंद्र पापयुक्त हो या पापदृष्ट हो। षष्ठेश या बुध 4, 8,12 वें भाव में पापदृष्ट हों तो जातक गूंगा होता है।

26.जन्मलग्न या चंद्र लग्न से तृतीयेश, अष्टमस्थ ग्रह, अष्टम पर दृष्टि रखने वाला ग्रह, निर्बल राहु, द्वितीयेश या बुध की दशा अंतर्दशा में वाणी दोष उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं या द्वितीय भाव से 8वें या 12वें भाव का स्वामी जिस राशि नवमांश में हो उससे 1, 5, 9वें जब शनि आयेगा, तब वाणी दोष उत्पन्न हो सकता है।

गूंगापन न होने के ज्योतिषीय योगः --

1. यदि कर्क, वृश्चिक अथवा मीन राशि में पापग्रह हों तथा चंद्रमा किसी पाप ग्रह से द्रष्ट हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है। परंतु यदि चंद्रमा पर शुभग्रह की दृष्टि हो तो बालक अधिक समय बाद अथवा 5 वर्ष की आयु के बोद बोलना आरंभ कर देता है।

2. यदि द्वितीयेश एवं गुरु की अष्टम भाव में युति हो तो जातक गूंगा होता है। परंतु यदि इन दोनों में से कोई उच्च या शुभ हो तो गूंगा नहीं होता।

यदि वाणी का कारक बुध यदि प्रभावित है तो बुध संबंधी उपाय करना चाहिये।

1.--- बुधवार को गणेशजी को लड्डू का प्रसाद चढ़ायें या गणेश अथर्वशीर्ष का पाठ करें।

2.-- दुर्गा सप्तशती का पाठ करवाएं।

3. --- पेठा, कद्दू का दान करें या हरे वस्त्रों का दान करें।

4.--- तांबे का पैसा पानी में बहाएं। यदि द्वितीयेश या तृतीयेश प्रभावित हो तो ग्रहों के अनुसार उपाय करने पर गूंगापन, बहरापन होने को कम किया जा सकता है।

5.-- उस बालक को पालतू चिड़िया का झूँठा पाली पिलाएं।।

6.-- छोटे शंख की माला भी ऐसे बच्चों को पहनाने से लाभ होता हैं। शंख फूंकने से भी वाणी दोष में सुधार सम्भव हैं।।

सूर्य: गायत्री मंत्र का जप करें। गुड़ व गेहूं का दान करें। सूर्य को अघ्र्य दें।चंद्र: शिवलिंग पर दूध व जल का अभिषेक करें। रात को दूध न पियें। चंद्र से संबंधित वस्तु चांदी, दूध का दान करें।मंगल: हनुमानजी को गुड़ और चूरमें का भोग लगाएं। मीठे भोजन का दान करें। मंगलवार का व्रत रखें या सुंदर कांड का पाठ करें।गुरु: केशर का तिलक माथे व नाभि पर लगाएं। पीपल का वृक्ष लगाएं। गुरु की सेवा करें।शुक्र: गाय का दान करें या गाय को चारा खिलाएं। शुक्र की देवी लक्ष्मीजी हैं। अतः उनके समक्ष घी का दीपक जलाकर श्री सूक्त का पाठ करें।शनि: मछली को आटे की गोलियां खिलाएं। तेल का दान करें। कौओं को भोजन का अंश दें।

01.-- वाणी दोष होने पर कार्तिकेय मंत्र व स्तोत्र का पाठ नित्य सुबह संध्या काल में पीपल के वृक्ष के नीचे बैठकर 10 बार पढ़े। 

ये प्रयोग किसी भी पुष्य नक्षत्र में शुरू कर 27 दिनों तक अगले पुष्य नक्षत्र तक बिना किसी नागा के करे।

02.-- पीपल के वृक्ष की परिक्रमा करते हुए ब्रह्माजी द्वारा नारद जी को बताए गए अश्वत्थ स्तोत्र का पाठ करना चाहिए व दीप प्रज्वलित करना चाहिए। इस उपाय को कने से गुरु जनित वाणी विकार व बधिर योग काफी हद तक शांत हो जाता है।।

03.-- जिस दिन अनुराधा नक्षत्र बृहस्पतिवार को हो उस दिन सिरस के व आम के कोमल पत्तों को तोड़कर उनका रस निकाल कर उसे गुनगुना कर 4 बुंदे नित्य दोनों कानों में 62 दिन तक लगातार डालें। कर्ण रोग से व सुनने में उत्पन्न समस्या से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।।

04.-- जिस जातक के जन्मांग में यह योग परिलक्षित होता है। उस जातक को भी वागेश्वरी पूजा यंत्र को सवा सात लाख मंत्रों से अभिमंत्रित करके शुक्ल पंचमी के दिन धारण करने से दोनों समस्याओं का निवारण होता है।

05.--- चांदी की सरस्वती का दान शुक्लपक्ष पंचमी को या बसंतपंचमी को करना मूक दोष को शांत करने का सर्वोत्तम उपाय हैं।

06.--बुधवार को गरीब लड़कियों को भोजन व हरा कपड़ा दें ।।

07.-- किसी किन्नर/हिजड़े को बुध के दिन चांदी की चूड़ी और हरे रंग की साड़ी का दान करे ।।

08.-- बुध के मन्त्र "ॐ ब्रां ब्रीं ब्रौं सः बुधाय नमः" तथा सामान्य मंत्र "बुं बुधाय नमः" है। बुधवार के दिन हरे रंग के आसन पर बैठकर उत्तर दिशा की तरफ मुख करके बुध मंत्र का जाप करें ।।

18. If the lord of the sixth house or Mercury is located in the fourth, eighth or twelfth house and is aspected by malefic planets, then there is speech defect or dumb.

19. If the new moon sees Mercury in Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, then the person becomes dumb.

20. Dosha arises when Mercury, the causative planet from 2nd house, is in 6th, 8th or 12th house or the lord of 2nd house is in these places or 6th, 8th, 12th houses are in 2nd house.  This situation is seen considering the second house as the ascendant.

21. Mercury is the second lord or causative planet in the 6th, 8th or 12th house from the birth ascendant or lunar ascendant, if it has malefic aspect or is malefic, that is, if it does not have auspicious aspect, then the person becomes dumb.

1.--- Offer laddoos to Ganesha on Wednesday or recite Ganesha Atharvashirsha.

3. --- Donate Petha, Pumpkin or donate green clothes.

4.--- Throw copper money in water.  If the 2nd or 3rd house is affected, then taking measures according to the planets can reduce the occurrence of deafness and dumbness.

5.-- Give that child the false poly of pet bird.

6.-- Garland of small conch shells is also beneficial for such children.  It is possible to improve speech defect even by blowing conch shell.

Surya: Chant Gayatri Mantra.  Donate jaggery and wheat.  Offer Arghya to Sun. Moon: Anoint milk and water on Shivling.  Don't drink milk at night.  Donate silver, milk related to Moon. Mangal: Offer jaggery and churma to Hanumanji.  Donate sweet food.  Keep a fast on Tuesday or recite Sundar Kand. Guru: Apply saffron tilak on the forehead and navel.  Plant a Peepal tree.  Serve the Guru. Venus: Donate a cow or feed the cow.  The goddess of Venus is Lakshmiji.  Therefore, light a ghee lamp in front of him and recite Shri Sukta. 04.-- The person in whose birth this yoga is reflected.  By invoking the Vageshwari Puja Yantra with 7.25 lakh mantras and wearing it on the day of Shukla Panchami, both the problems are solved.

05.--- Donating silver Saraswati on Shuklapaksha Panchami or on Basant Panchami is the best way to pacify the silent defect.

06.-- Give food and green cloth to poor girls on Wednesday.

07.-- Donate a silver bangle and a green saree to a eunuch/eunuch on Wednesday.

08.-- The mantra of Mercury is "Om Braan Brian Braun Sa: Budhay Namah" and the general mantra is "Bum Budhay Namah".  On Wednesday, sit on a green colored seat and chant the Budh Mantra facing the north.
