होलिका को दहन बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का प्रतीक माना जाता है, वहीं होली को खुशियों के उत्सव के रूप में देशभर में मनाया जाता है। इस दिन सभी लोग आपसी भेदभाव को भूलकर गुलाल और अबीर से होली खेलते हैं।

भगवान श्री कृष्ण की नगरी ब्रज में इस पर्व को बड़े ही हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाया जाता है। यहां होली पर्व की शुरुआत 40 दिन पहले से हो जाती है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि रंग वाली होली की शुरुआत कब हुई थी? आइए आज हम जानेंगे इस पर्व से जुड़ी
पौराणिक कथा और वैज्ञानिक कारण।कैसे हुई थी रंग वाली होली की शुरुआत?
पौराणिक कथा एवं पुराणों के अनुसार रंग वाली होली खेलने का संबंध भगवान श्रीकृष्ण और ब्रज की किशोरी राधा रानी से है। धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार श्री कृष्ण ने ग्वालों के संग मिलकर होली खेलने की प्रथा शुरू की थी। यही कारण है कि आज भी ब्रज में धूमधाम से होली खेली जाती है। लड्डू होली, फूलों की होली, लट्ठमार होली, रंग और अबीर की खेली जैसे कई नामों से इस उत्सव को मनाया धूमधाम से जाता है।

पौराणिक कथा

प्राचीन किंवदंतियों के अनुसार भगवान श्री कृष्ण का रंग सांवला था और राधा रानी गोरी थीं। इस बात की शिकायत श्री कृष्ण ने मैया यशोदा से कई बार की और मैया उन्हें समझा-बुझाकर टालती रहीं। लेकिन जब वह नहीं माने तो मैया ने यह सुझाव दिया कि जो तुम्हारा रंग है, उसी रंग को राधा के चेहरे पर भी लगा दो। तब तुम्हारा और राधा का रंग एक जैसा हो जाएगा। नटखट कृष्ण को मैया का यह सुझाव बहुत पसंद आया और उन्होंने मित्र ग्वालों के संग मिलकर कुछ अनोखे रंग तैयार किए और ब्रज में राधा रानी को रंग लगाने पहुंच गए। श्री कृष्ण ने साथियों के साथ मिलकर राधा और उनकी सखियों को जमकर रंग लगाया। ब्रज वासियों को उनकी यह शरारत बहुत पसंद आई और तब से रंग वाली होली का चलन शुरू हो गया। जिसे आज भी उसी उत्साह के साथ खेला जाता है।

होली पर्व का वैज्ञानिक महत्व

जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि रंग वाली होली से एक दिन पहले होलिका दहन किया जाता है। शास्त्रों में बताया गया है कि पवित्र अग्नि जलाने से वातावरण शुद्ध हो जाता है और सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है। साथ ही इससे कई कीटाणु नष्ट हो जाते हैं और होलिका दहन की अग्नि से नई ऊर्जा का प्रभाव वातावरण में फैल जाता है, जिसे शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत ही अच्छा माना जाता है।

नवग्रहों के नौ रंग, होली खेलिए इनके संग

होली का त्योहार प्रत्येक वर्ष फाल्गुन मास की पूर्णिमा से प्रतिपदा के मध्य मनाया जाता है। जो सुसमृद्ध, गौरवशाली भारतीय संस्कृति का ऐसा अनूठा रंगों का त्योहार है जो हमारे निकट सम्पूर्ण वातावरण को विशेष सकारात्मक बनाता है। रंग हमें केवल लुभाते ही नहीं, बल्कि हमारे मन और शरीर पर प्रत्यक्ष रूप से असर भी डालते हैं।

 सूरज की लाली, धरती की हरियाली, चंदा की चांदनी और गगन मंडल में सतरंगी इंद्रधनुष का आकर्षण मानव के पंच महाभूत स्थूल शरीर को सदैव लुभाता रहता है। सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड में विविध प्रकार के रंग समाहित हैं। इस पंचभूत शरीर में भी कई तरह के रंगों का मिश्रण है। जैसे-पृथ्वी तत्व का रंग बैंगनी व नारंगी, जल का हरा एवं नीला, पावक (अग्नि) का लाल, व पीला, हवा का बैंगनी और आकाश का रंग प्रायः नीला है।

 नवग्रह व बारह राशियां भी विविध प्रकार के रंगों व तत्वों की होती हैं। जैसे- सूर्य का रक्त (लाल) वर्ण, नारंगी व सुनहला तथा चंद्रमा का सफेद, मंगल का लाल, बुध का हरा, शुक्र का रंग सफेद, बृहस्पति (गुरु) का पीला, शनि का काला व नीला, राहु का काला और केतु का रंग चितकबरा होता है।

इस रंगीले होली के पावन पर्व में सभी नौ ग्रह चलते हुए एक-दूसरे पर रंग डालते हैं। मंगल व शुक्र का मिलन बड़ा ही रोचक होता है। मंगल हमें जोश व उत्साह प्रदान करता है। शुक्र हमें सांसारिक खुशियां प्रदान कर जीवन व मन को प्रसन्न बनाता है। बुध का रंग हरा है जो उन्नति और प्रसन्नता का सूचक है, यह रिश्तों में प्रेम और चाहत को बनाए रखने हेतु प्रेरित करता है तथा रिश्तों को घनिष्ठता के सूत्र में पिरो के रखता है। उन्हें टूटने नहीं देता और मजबूती तथा आपसी विश्वास को भी बढ़ाता है। शत्रुता और आपसी कलह व अर्न्तविरोधों का अंत करता है। दिलों को मिला उनमें हंसी-खेल व मित्रता की भावना को बढ़ाता है। हमारे चेहरे पर सुन्दरता का नूर खिलाता है। यह तंत्रिका तंत्र का स्वामी है।

 शुक्र का सफेद रंग मानसिक शांति का और मंगल का लाल रंग जोश व उमंग का सूचक है। होली के दिन यह वयोवृद्धों में भी विशेष जोश का संचार कर देता है।

सूर्य विश्व आत्मा का कारक ग्रह है यह हमारे जीवन को ओज और ऊर्जा से भर देता है। इसका रंग नारंगी व सुनहला है जो हमारे आपसी संबंधों को मजबूती प्रदान कर चेहरे को खिला देता है।

चंद्रमा का रंग सफेद है। यह हमारी कल्पनाशक्ति व मानसिक शक्ति का स्वामी है। यह मन की शांति व खूबसूरती का सूचक ग्रह है। यह हमारे मनोभावों तथा मनोकामनाओं को साकार करने के द्वार खोलता है। दो दिलों में मेल कराता है उन्हें आपस में जोड़ता है यह मन का स्वामी है।

 बृहस्पति (गुरु) का रंग पीला होता है। यह ग्रह वैभव व समृद्धि का सूचक है। इसे बुद्धि का स्वामी तथा विवेक का रंग भी कहा जाता है। भारतीय वांग्मय में शुभ कार्यों में पीले वस्त्र का विशेष महत्व है। इस रंग से खुशियां बढ़ती हैं। ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है व ऊर्जा मिलती है। सौभाग्य तथा बुद्धि में अद्भुत वृद्धि होती है।

 शनि का रंग काला व नीला होता है। नीला रंग प्रसन्नता व शांति का सूचक है। नीला रंग हमें शान्ति ही नहीं देता, बल्कि हमारी चेतना शक्ति को भी प्रभावित करता है। शनि ग्रह रात का स्वामी है काली रात में हल्के नीले रंग के बल्ब का प्रयोग शयन कक्ष में किया जाए तो सुखद व गहरी नींद भी आती है। यह रंग सिर्फ नींद ही नहीं देता बल्कि हमारे जीवन के अति विशिष्ट रिश्तों को मधुरता और मजबूती प्रदान कर उनमें मिठास घोल देता है।

What is the importance of Krishna?

Mythology and scientific reasons. How did Holi with colors begin?
According to mythology and Puranas, playing Holi with colors is related to Lord Shri Krishna and Kishori Radha Rani of Braj.  According to religious beliefs, Shri Krishna started the practice of playing Holi with the cowherds.  This is the reason why even today Holi is played with pomp in Braj.  This festival is celebrated with many names like Laddu Holi, Phoolon ki Holi, Lathmar Holi, Rang and Abir ki Kheli.

According to ancient legends, Lord Shri Krishna was dark in complexion and Radha Rani was fair.  Shri Krishna complained about this to Maiya Yashoda many times and Maiya kept avoiding him by persuading him.  But when he did not agree, Maiya suggested that whatever color you have, apply the same color on Radha's face.  Then you and Radha's color will be same.  Naughty Krishna liked this suggestion of Maiya very much and he prepared some unique colors along with his friend Gwalas and reached Braj to paint Radha Rani.  Shri Krishna, along with his companions, fiercely painted Radha and her friends.  The people of Braj liked this mischief of his and since then the trend of Holi with colors started.  Which is played with the same enthusiasm even today.

Scientific importance of Holi festival

As we know that Holika Dahan is done a day before Rang Wali Holi.  It has been told in the scriptures that by lighting the holy fire, the atmosphere becomes pure and positive energy is transmitted.  Along with this, many germs are destroyed and the effect of new energy from the fire of Holika Dahan spreads in the atmosphere, which is considered very good for physical and mental health.

The festival of Holi is celebrated every year between the full moon and Pratipada of Falgun month.  Which is such a unique festival of colors of rich, glorious Indian culture which makes the entire environment near us special positive.  Colors not only fascinate us, but also have a direct effect on our mind and body.

If a light blue bulb is used in the bedroom during the black night, then one gets a pleasant and sound sleep.  This color not only gives sleep but also adds sweetness to the very special relationships of our life by providing sweetness and strength to them.

Shani is the lord of the tenth and eleventh house in the horoscope of Kaalpurush.  This planet awakens strength and seriousness in us.  By fulfilling desires, it also strengthens luck.
