समुद्री नमक कैसा होता है 

जैसा की हम सब जानते है की समुद्र का पानी खारा होता है और इस पानी से नमक का निर्माण किया जाता है, जिसे समुद्री नमक कहा जाता है।

समुद्री नमक में सोडियम की मात्रा बहुत अधिक होती है, जिससे शरीर सें पानी की कमी दूर होती है। इसमें मौजूद सोडियम शरीर में आसानी से घुलकर पानी की कमी को दूर करता है।

इस प्रकार के नमक को साधारण नमक भी कहा जाता है जो हर घर की रसोई में मौजूद होता है। यह समुद्र जल के वाष्पीकरण के द्वारा प्राप्त किया जाता है। साधारण नमक का रंग प्रायः एकदम सफ़ेद होता है।

किन्तु कई बार यह गुलाबी, हल्का काला या हरापन लिए हुए सफ़ेद होता है। नमक का रंग उसके निकलने वाले स्थान की प्रकृति पर निर्भर करता है। साधारण नमक का रासायनिक नाम सोडियम क्लोराइड होता है।

सेंधा नमक और साधारण या समुद्री नमक में क्या अंतर है

पूरी दुनियां नमक की आपूर्ति के लिए या तो नमक के खदानों पर निर्भर है या फिर समुद्र और झीलों पर। दोनों ही स्रोतों से प्राप्त नमक हमारे भोजन को न केवल स्वादिष्ट बनाते हैं बल्कि हमारे शरीर में खनिजों की भी पूर्ति करते हैं। चट्टानी नमक जिसे आम बोलचाल की भाषा में सेंधा नमक भी बोला जाता है समुद्री नमक या साधारण नमक से गुणों में थोड़ा भिन्न होता है। अपने कुछ विशिष्ट गुणों की वजह से यह आयुर्वेदाचार्यों की पसंद तो होता ही है उपवास व्रत आदि में भी यह प्रयुक्त होता है। आज के इस पोस्ट में हम पढ़ेंगे सेंधा नमक क्या है तथा साधारण या समुद्री नमक क्या है और सेंधा नमक और साधारण नमक में क्या अंतर है

सेंधा नमक क्या होता है 

सेंधा नमक जिसे सैंधव नमक या लाहौरी नमक भी कहा जाता है क्रिस्टल के रूप में पाया जाने वाला एक खनिज है। यह पाकिस्तान के सिंधु नदी के आस पास के हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में चट्टानों के रूप में पाया जाता है। इस नमक का रंग सफ़ेद, हल्का गुलाबी या बैगनी होता है जो प्रायः आयरन ऑक्साइड तथा कई अन्य खनिजों की उपस्थिति की वजह से होता है। 

सेंधा नमक का आयुर्वेद में काफी महत्त्व दिया जाता है।माना जाता है कि उच्च रक्त चाप में इसका प्रयोग करने से कोई विपरीत प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। हिन्दू पर्व त्योहारों में इस नमक का प्रयोग खाने के नमक की जगह किया जाता है। हाजमे के लिए प्रयोग में लाया जाने वाला काला नमक भी एक तरह का सेंधा नमक ही होता है।

सेंधा नमक पाकिस्तान के सिंध तथा पश्चिमी पंजाब के सिंधु नदी से लगे हिस्से खैबर पख्तूख्वा के कोहाट जिले से खनन किया जाता है। पश्चिम पंजाब में नमक कोह नामक पहाड़ी श्रृंखला में इसकी खानें हैं। इस इलाके में प्रसिद्ध खेवड़ा नमक की खान है। 

सेंधा नमक को लाहौरी नमक हिमालियन साल्ट या हाइलाइट भी कहा जाता है। सेंधा नामक का रासायनिक नाम सोडियम क्लोराइड है। इसे तमिल में यिन्तुपू , तेलगु में रति अपूपु, गुजरती में सिंधु लुन और बंगाली में साइनधाव लवन कहा जाता है।

ऐसे में समुद्री नमक के टोटके या उपाय आपके बहुत काम आ सकते हैं.

नमक के उपाय के ढेरों लाभ है. वास्‍तु शास्‍त्र में नमक के कई ऐसे उपयोग बताए हैं, जो घर के कोने-कोने की नकारात्‍मक ऊर्जा को खत्‍म करते हैं. साथ ही सकारात्‍मक ऊर्जा का संचार करते हैं. इसके अलावा धन संबंधी समस्‍याओं को दूर करने में भी समुद्री नमक के टोटके-उपाय बहुत कारगर हैं. घर पर बुरी नजर का साया है तो उसे दूर करने में भी नमक का उपाय बहुत प्रभावी साबित होता है. 

धन लाभ के लिए नमक का उपाय: 

यदि बेवजह नुकसान हो रहा है. लगातार पैसों की तंगी छाई हुई है तो कांच के गिलास में पानी भरें और उसमें एक चम्‍मच नमक डालें. गिलास को घर के दक्षिण-पश्चिम कोने में रख दें, इससे धन हानि रुक जाएगी. इस पानी को हर हफ्ते बदलते रहें. 

घर की कलह-बीमारियों को दूर करने का उपाय: 

बाथरूम में कांच की कटोरी में समुद्री नमक का पावडर भरकर रख दें. हर हफ्ते ये नमक बदलते रहें. घर में सुख-शांति बढ़ेगी. साथ ही समृद्धि भी बढ़ेगी. 

कर्ज से मुक्ति और धन की आवक बढ़ाने के उपाय: 

कर्ज से घिर गए हैं और उससे निजात पाना चाहते हैं तो हर रविवार को नमक के पानी से पोंछा लगाएं. इसके लिए पोंछा लगाने के पानी में 2 चम्‍मच समुद्री नमक डाल लें. धन की आवक तेजी से बढ़ेगी और देखते ही देखते कर्ज उतर जाएगा. 

बुरी नजर से निजात पाने का उपाय: 

यदि किसी बच्‍चे को बार-बार नजर लगती हो तो हफ्ते में एक बार नहाने के पानी में एक चुटकी समुद्री नमक डालकर नहलाएं. इसके अलावा एक गिलास पानी में एक चम्‍मच नमक डालकर बच्‍चे के सिर के ऊपर से 7 बार घुमाएं. ये उपाय नजर दोष से मुक्ति दिलाते हैं.

As we all know that sea water is salty and salt is manufactured from this water, which is called sea salt.

The amount of sodium in sea salt is very high, due to which the lack of water from the body is removed.  The sodium present in it dissolves easily in the body and removes water deficiency.

This type of salt is also called common salt which is present in the kitchen of every household.  It is obtained by the evaporation of sea water.  The color of common salt is usually completely white.

But sometimes it is pink, light black or greenish white.  The color of the salt depends on the nature of its origin.  The chemical name of common salt is sodium chloride.

What is the difference between rock salt and common or sea salt

The whole world is either dependent on salt mines or seas and lakes for the supply of salt.  Salt obtained from both the sources not only makes our food tasty but also supplies minerals to our body.  Rock salt, also known colloquially as rock salt, is slightly different in properties from sea salt or common salt.  Due to some of its special properties, it is not only the choice of Ayurveda teachers, it is also used in fasting etc.  In today's post, we will read what is rock salt and what is ordinary or sea salt and what is the difference between rock salt and ordinary salt.

what is rock salt

Rock salt, also known as sandhav salt or Lahori salt, is a mineral found in the form of crystals.  It is found in the form of rocks in the Himalayan regions around the Indus River in Pakistan.  The color of this salt is white, light pink or purple, which is usually due to the presence of iron oxide and many other minerals.

Rock salt is given great importance in Ayurveda. It is believed that using it in high blood pressure does not have any adverse effect.  In Hindu festivals, this salt is used in place of table salt.  The black salt used for digestion is also a kind of rock salt.

Rock salt is mined from Sindh in Pakistan and the Kohat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, part of the Indus River in western Punjab.  It has its mines in the hill range called Namak Koh in West Punjab.  There is a famous Khewda salt mine in this area.

Rock salt is also known as Lahori salt, Himalayan salt or highlight.  The chemical name of Sendha is sodium chloride.  It is called Yintupu in Tamil, Rati Appupu in Telugu, Sindhu Lun in Gujarati and Sindhava Lavan in Bengali.

In such a situation, the tricks or remedies of sea salt can be very useful for you.

If you are surrounded by debt and want to get rid of it, then wipe it with salt water every Sunday.  For this, put 2 spoons of sea salt in the water used for wiping.  The inflow of money will increase rapidly and the debt will be removed in no time.

Remedy to get rid of evil eye:

If a child is suffering from double vision, then take a bath once a week with a pinch of sea salt in the bath water.  Apart from this, put one spoon of salt in a glass of water and rotate it 7 times over the child's head.  These remedies get rid of eye defects.
