मानसिक विकलांगता, लकवा तथा दर्दनाक मौत का कारण बनने वाले ‘ब्रेन हेमरेज’ के प्रकोप में आजकल तेजी से वृद्धि हो रही है। कभी इसका शिकार अधिक उम्र के लोग हुआ करते थे, लेकिन आधुनिक युग में यह कम उम्र के लोगों को भी मौत का शिकार बना रहा है। मस्तिष्क रक्तस्राव के मुखय कारण तो उच्च रक्तचाप, एन्यूरिज्म और आर्टिरियोवीनस मालफार्मेशन है। 

लेकिन मधुमेह, मोटापा, शराब, भाग-दौड़, दिमागी तनाव और धूम्रपान आदि ब्रेन हेमरेज की आशंका को बढ़ाते हैं। मधुमेह रोगियों तथा उच्च रक्तचाप से पीड़ित लोग, जो रक्तचाप को नियंत्रण में नही रखते हैं, उनमें दिमाग की नस का फटना आम बात है। लेकिन कभी-कभी ऐसा भी देखने में आया है कि सामान्य रक्तचाप वालों की भी दिमागी नस फट जाती है, जिसे स्पांटेनियस हेमरेज कहते हैं। ऐसा मस्तिष्क के अंदर एन्युरिज्म, या आर्टिरियोवीनस मालफार्मेशन के कारण होता है। मस्तिष्क विशेषज्ञों (न्यूरो सर्जन) का मानना है कि एन्युरिज्म में दिमाग में खून की नलियों के अंदर एक प्रकार का गुब्बारा, रोग के कारण, फट जाता है, तो रोगी को ब्रेन हेमरेज हो जाता है और मरीज बेहोश हो जाता है, जबकि आर्टिरियोवीनस मालफार्मेशन में दिमाग में खून की नसों का एक असामान्य गुच्छा बन जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि यह गुच्छा पैदाइशी होता है और व्यक्ति की उम्र बढ़ने के साथ-साथ यह भी बढ़ता रहता है और एक समय ऐसा आता है कि मस्तिष्क का अधिक से अधिक रक्त इस आर्टिरियोवीनस मालफार्मेशन से हो कर जाने लगता है, जिस कारण मस्तिष्क के दूसरे भाग में, रक्त की आपूर्ति कम कर के, अधिकांश रक्त को अपने अंदर इक्ट्ठा कर लेता है। 

ब्रेन हेमरेज, जैसा कि नाम से ही स्पष्ट है, यह मस्तिष्क में चोट की गंभीर और जानलेवा समस्याओं में से एक मानी जाती है। यह समस्या कई कारणों से मस्तिष्क में होने वाले रक्तस्राव को संदर्भित करती है। ब्रेन हेमरेज को स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ आपात चिकित्सा के रूप में वर्गीकृत करते हैं जिसमें रोगी को तुरंत उपचार की आवश्यकता होती है। डॉक्टर बताते हैं कि हमारा मस्तिष्क चारों तरफ से खोपड़ी की संरचना से घिरा हुआ होता है। किसी भी कारण से होने वाले रक्तस्राव की स्थिति में मस्तिष्क के ऊतकों में संकुचन या क्षति हो सकती है। यह स्थिति बेहद खतरनाक है, जिसमें लोगों की जान जा सकती है। 

डॉक्टर कहते हैं, किसी भी चोट के कारण जब मस्तिष्क में होने वाला रक्तस्राव मस्तिष्क के ऊतकों की क्षति का कारण बनने लगता है इस स्थिति को सेरेब्रल एडिमा के रूप में जाना जाता है। कई बार रक्त के थक्के बनने लगते हैं, जिसे हेमेटोमा कहा जाता है। ये सभी स्थितियां ऊतकों पर दबाव बढ़ाती हैं जिससे मस्तिष्क को होने वाला रक्त प्रवाह कम हो जाता है और कोशिकाएं नष्ट होने लगती हैं। चोट के अलावा कई अन्य शारीरिक स्थितियों के कारण भी ब्रेन हेमरेज की समस्या हो सकती है। आइए इस बारे में आगे की स्लाइडों में जानते हैं।

ज्योतिषीय दृष्टिकोण : 

ज्योतिष के अनुसार ब्रेन हेमरेज प्रथम भाव, लग्नेश, सूर्य, बुध और मंगल के दुष्प्रभावों में रहने से होता है। काल पुरुष की कुंडली में प्रथम भाव सिर, मस्तिष्क का नेतृत्व करता है। 

इसलिए प्रथम भाव और लग्नश (प्रथमेश) अगर दुष्प्रभावों से रहित हो, तो जातक को मस्तिष्क से संबंधित रोग नहीं होता और इसके विपरीत होने पर रोग की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं। इसी तरह ग्रहों में सूर्य भी सिर, मस्तिष्क का नेतृत्व करता है और शरीर में ऊर्जा के प्रभाव का कारक है। मंगल भी ऊर्जा का कारक है, लेकिन वह रक्त कणों का भी नेतृत्व करता है। बुध त्वचा और नसों का नेतृत्व करता है। रक्त नसों में बहता है। ब्रेन हेमरेज में, नस की कमजोरी से, रक्त के बहाव में कहीं रुकावट के कारण, गुब्बारा बन कर फट जाता है। कारण सिर की नसों में कमजोरी तथा उसमें बहने वाले रक्तचाप का उच्च होना है। इसलिए सूर्य, मंगल, बुध, लग्नेश और लग्न अगर दुष्प्रभावों से रहित हो कर बलवान हों, तो ब्रेन हेमरेज नहीं होता और इसी की विपरित स्थिति में ब्रेन हेमरेज होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। जब इन ग्रहों की दशा-अंतर्दशा होती है और गोचर में इन्हीं ग्रहों की स्थिति कमजोर होती है, तब ब्रेन हेमरेज होता है। 

विभिन्न लग्नों में ब्रेन हेमरेज 

मेष लग्न : लग्नेश अष्टम भाव में, शनि षष्ठ भाव में, बुध लग्न में, सूर्य द्वितीय भाव में राहु-केतु से दृष्ट, या/ युक्त हो, तो जातक को ब्रेन हेमरेज होता है। 

वृष लग्न : गुरु लग्न में, मंगल दशम में, शुक्र षष्ठ भाव में बुध से युक्त हो और सूर्य सप्तम भाव में हो तथा चंद्र चतुर्थ, या अष्टम भाव में राहु से युक्त, या दृष्ट हो, तो संबंधित दशांतर्दशा में रोग हो सकता है। 

मिथुन लग्न : मंगल लग्न में हो, या लग्न पर दृष्टि रखे, बुध षष्ठ भाव में, अष्टम भाव में हो, या किसी भी भाव में अस्त हो, गुरु त्रिकोण भाव में हो और चंद्र पर मंगल की दृष्टि, या युति हो, तो मंगल या गुरु की दशांतर्दशा में ब्रेन हेमरेज होने की संभावना होती है। 

कर्क लग्न : मंगल और लग्नेश चंद्र कुंडली में इस प्रकार स्थित हों कि राहु, या केतु किसी एक से युक्त हो और दूसरे पर दृष्टि लगा रहे हों, अर्थात् अगर राहु-मंगल से युक्त है, तो उसकी दृष्टि चंद्र पर अवश्य पड़े और बुध लग्न में स्थित हो तथा इस पर शनि की दृष्टि हो, तो जातक ब्रेन हेमरेज का रोगी होता है। 

सिंह लग्न : लग्नेश सूर्य, राहु, केतु से युक्त हो और बुध अस्त न हो कर लग्न में रहे और शनि से दृष्ट हो, मंगल इन स्थानों में रहे, तो जातक में, सूर्य या मंगल की दशांतर्दशा में, मस्तिष्क संबंधित रोग उत्पन्न होता है। 

कन्या लग्न : लग्नेश अस्त हो, लग्न में गुरु-मंगल की युति, या दृष्टि, सूर्य राहु-केतु से दृष्ट, या युक्त हो, चंद्र भी अस्त हो, तो जातक को मंगल की दशांतर्दशा में ब्रेन हेमरेज होता है।

 तुला लग्न : सूर्य-बुध लग्न में और बुध अस्त हो, मंगल सप्तम, या दशम भाव में हो, शुक्र-चंद्र तृतीय भाव में राहु-केतु से दृष्ट हों, गुरु लग्न पर दृष्टि लगाए, तो सूर्य, या गुरु की दशांतर्दशा में ब्रेन हेमरेज होता है।

 वृश्चिक लग्न : लग्नेश नीच का और चंद्र से युक्त तथा राहु से दृष्ट हो, लग्न में बुध, द्वादश भाव में सूर्य-शनि से दृष्ट, या युक्त हो, तो जातक को बुध, या शनि की दशांतर्दशा में ब्रेन हेमरेज होने की संभावना होती है। 

धनु लग्न : शुक्र और शनि लग्न भाव में युक्त हों और मंगल-शनि एक दूसरे पर दृष्टि रखें, लग्नेश गुरु जिन भावों में और बुध तृतीय भाव में सूर्य के साथ अस्त नहीं हो, तो ब्रेन हेमरेज का योग बनता है। 

मकर लग्न : मंगल लग्न में गुरु से दृष्ट हो, बुध पंचम भाव में गुरु से दृष्ट, या युक्त हो, लग्नेश अष्टम भाव में, सूर्य-शनि चतुर्थ भाव में हों और शनि अस्त हो, तो मस्तिष्क संबंधित रोग का योग बनाते हैं। 

कुंभ लग्न : शनि गुरु से युक्त हो कर पंचम भाव में हो, मंगल लग्न पर दृष्टि रखे, सूर्य लग्न में हो और बुध अस्त हो, राहु-केतु पर मंगल की दृष्टि हो और राहु-केतु लग्न पर दृष्टि रखें, तो ब्रेन हेमरेज जैसे रोग देते हैं। 

मीन लग्न : शुक्र लग्न में बुध से युक्त हो और बुध अस्त नहीं हो, सूर्य द्वादश भाव में राहु-केतु के प्रभाव में हो, लग्नेश शनि से युक्त सप्तम भाव हो और त्रिक भावों में रहने से ब्रेन हेमरेज का योग बनाते हैं। शनि, या बुध की दशांतर्दशा में रोग की संभावना प्रबल होती है।
