जानिए, दशमी तिथि का महत्व और इसमें किए जाने वाले कार्य

हिंदू पंचांग की दसवीं तिथि को दशमी कहते हैं। यह तिथि मास में दो बार आती है। पूर्णिमा के बाद और अमावस्या के बाद। पूर्णिमा के बाद आने वाली दशमी को कृष्ण पक्ष की दशमी और अमावस्या के बाद आने वाली दशमी को शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी कहते हैं। अक्षर "मी" अंतमे होता है, ऐसी पाँच तिथीयाँ है!{५पंचमी,७सप्तमी,८अष्टमी,९नवमी और १०दशमी} ये पाँचो तिथीयाँ हर महीनेमे दो बार याने, पहलीबार शुक्लपक्ष और दुसरीबार कृष्णपक्षमे आती है।माघ-स्नान अनुभूती मे माघमास शुक्लपक्ष दशमी शुक्रवार को यदी पंचगंगामें से कौनसी भी नदी संगमपर सूर्योदय के पूर्व स्नान करके गुरूदत्तात्रेय की प्रार्थना करने का प्रसाद-फलसे अनन्यसाधारण महत्त्व प्राप्त होता है। यही स्नान शुक्ल-अष्टमी से पौर्णिमा तक करने का प्रसाद अधिक लाभदायी और आयुआरोग्य संपन्न, अष्ट-फल प्राप्त करनेवाला होता है।

सूर्य अपने अंशों से जब 12 अंश आगे जाता है, तो एक तिथि का निर्माण होता है. इसके अतिरिक्त सूर्य से चन्द्र जब 109 अंशों से लेकर 120 अंश के मध्य होता है. उस समय चन्द्र मास अनुसार शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी तिथि चल रही है. इसी प्रकार 289 अंश से लेकर 300 अंश तक कृष्ण पक्ष की दशमी तिथि होती है. दशमी तिथि पूर्णा तिथियों में से एक है. पूर्णा तिथि में किए गए सभी कार्य पूर्ण होते है.

दशमी तिथि वार योग

दशमी तिथि जब शनिवार के दिन होती है, तो अमृत तिथि योग बनता है. तथा यहीं तिथि गुरुवार के दिन पडने पर सिद्धिदा योग बनता है. अमृत सिद्ध योग अपने नाम के अनुसार शुभ फल देता है. सिद्धि योग में किए गये सभी कार्य सिद्ध होते है.

यह माना जाता है, कि दशमी तिथि के दिन यमराज की पूजा करने पर व्यक्ति को आरोग्य और दीर्घायु प्राप्त होती है. दशमी तिथि. जातक को अकाल मृत्य के भय से भी मुक्ति दिलाने वाली होती है. दशमी की दिशा उत्तर बताई गयी है. इसके साथ ही इस दिन इस दिशा की यात्रा करना भी अनुकूल होता है. इस तिथि के दिन यम देव के निमित्त दीपदान के बारे में भी बताया गया है.

दशमी तिथि में किए जाने वाले कार्य

दशमी तिथि एक शुभ तिथि है इस कारण कार्यों में शुभता की इच्छा रखने वालों के लिए इस तिथि के दिन अपने इच्छित काम करने पर शुभ फल प्राप्त होते हैं. इस तिथि के दिन किसी नई किताब का या ग्रंथ का विमोचन करना शुभ होता है, किसी भी प्रकार की पद प्राप्ति के लिए शपथ ग्रहण करने का कार्यक्रम इस समय पर करना उत्तम होता है. किसी भी नए काम का उदघाटन या आरंभ इत्यादि के काम इस तिथि के दिन करना अच्छे माने जाते हैं. वाहन वस्त्र इत्यादि नई वस्तुओं की खरीद भी इस तिथि के दिन की जा सकती है.

दशमी तिथि व्यक्ति विशेषताएं

दशमी तिथि में जन्म लेने वाला व्यक्ति धर्म - अधर्म का ज्ञानी होता है. क्या करना धर्म नीति के अनुसार है, और करना धर्म के विरुद्ध है, वह बेहतर जानता है. उसमें देशभक्ति का गुण भी पाया जाता है तथा उस व्यक्ति का धर्म गतिविधियों में अधिकतर समय व्यतीत होता है. इस व्यक्ति में तेज होता है. और वह सुखी भी होता है.

सूर्य से चन्द्र का अन्तर जब 109° से 120° तक होता है, तब शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी और 289° से 300° तक कृष्ण दशमी रहती है. दशमी तिथि में जन्मे जातक में जोश और उत्साह रहता है. वह अपने और दूसरों सभी के बारे में सोच विचार रखता है. काम को करने वाला थोड़ा हठी हो सकता है लेकिन उदार भी होता है.

परिवार और मित्रों का साथ पसंद करने वाला. आर्थिक रुप से संपन्न होते हैं, दुसरों की भलाई के कारण अपने धन को दूसरों पर व्यय करने के लिए तैयार रहते हैं. जातक प्रतिभावान होता है. यदि इनकी प्रतिभा को पहचान लिया जाए तो एक बहुत बेहतर उदारहण के तौर पर जाने जा सकते हैं. इनका आध्यात्मिक पक्ष भी मजबूत होता है. दया भावना वाले और धर्मकार्य करने के प्रति भी जागरुक होते हैं. परिवार की भलाई करने वाले और अपनी ओर से घर को बिखरने नही देना चाहते हैं.

दशमी तिथि का धार्मिक स्वरुप

इस ‘पूर्णा’ संज्ञक तिथि के स्वामी यम हैं, जिसका विशेष नाम ‘धर्मिणी’ है. दशमी तिथि पंचांग में एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण तिथि है. इस तिथि की शुभता को हम बहुत से त्यौहारों में भी देख सकते हैं जैसे दशहरा जिसे विजयदशमी के रुप में मनाया जाता है, गंगा दशहरा इत्यादि त्यौहार दशमी को ही संपन्न होते हैं.

दशमी तिथि त्योहारों एवं लोगों की आस्था के साथ बहुत गहराई के साथ जुड़ी हुई है. इस तिथि का संबंध यमराज से होने के कारण कठोर भी है तो कहीं शुभ भी है.

दशमी तिथि का महत्व एकादशी व्रत में भी होता है. एकादशी के व्रत का आरंभ दशमी के दिन से शुरु होने वाले नियमों के साथ आता है. दशमी तिथि को कुछ नियमों का पालन करने की आवश्यकता होती है. एकादशी रखने वालों को दशमी तिथि के दिन से ही गरिष्ठ भोजन या कहें तामसिक भोजन का त्याग कर देना चाहिए. इस दिन मांस, प्याज, मसूर की दाल आदि का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए. दशमी की रात के समय जातक को सात्विक और ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करते हुए प्रभु भक्ति में ही लीन रहना चाहिए. किसी भी प्रकार के भौतिक सुख से दूर रहना चाहिए.

गंगा दशहरा

ज्येष्ठ माह की शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी तिथि को गंगा दशहरा मनाया जाता है. दशमी तिथि के दिन ही माँ गंगा का धरती पर आई हैं. गंगा नदी के अवतरण के दिन को ही गंगा दशहरा के नाम से मनाया जाता है. इस दिन गंगा नदी में स्नान दान और पूजा पाठ का विशेष महत्व रहा है.

दशहरा पर्व

दशमी तिथि को दशहरा का त्यौहार भी बनाया जाता है. इसे विजयादशमी भी कहा जाता है. दशहरा संपूर्ण भारत में उत्साह और जोश के साथ मनाया जाता है. दशमी का यह पर्व आश्विन माह की शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी को मनाया जाता है. यह अधर्म को समाप्त करके धर्म की स्थापना का प्रतीक है. दशहरा का यह पर्व आश्विनी नवरात्रि के पश्चात दसवें दिन मनाया जाता है. यह तिथि एक अबूझ मुहूर्त के रुप में भी जानी जाती है. जिसमें नए व्यापार या काम की शुरुआत शुभ होती है इसके साथ ही इस दिन वाहन, सोना, चांदी, आभूषण नए कपड़े इत्यादि खरीदना शुभ माना जाता है.

Know the importance of Dashami Tithi and the work to be done in it

The tenth date of the Hindu calendar is called Dashami.  This date comes twice in a month.  After the full moon and new moon.  The Dashami that comes after the full moon is called Dashami of Krishna Paksha and the Dashami that comes after Amavasya is called Dashami of Shukla Paksha.  The letter "M" is at the end, there are five such dates! {5 Panchami, 7 Saptami, 8 Ashtami, 9 Navami and 10 Dashami} These five dates come twice in every month i.e., the first time in Shukla Paksha and the second time in Krishna Paksha.  If you take a bath before sunrise at the confluence of any of the rivers of the Panchganga and offer prayers to Gurudattatreya, you get extraordinary significance.  Prasad of taking this bath from Shukla-Ashtami to Poornima is more beneficial and age-healthy, attaining eight-fruits.

A Tithi is formed when the Sun moves 12 degrees ahead of its degrees.  Apart from this, when the Moon is between 109 degrees to 120 degrees from the Sun.  At that time Dashami Tithi of Shukla Paksha is going on according to the lunar month.  Similarly, from 289 degrees to 300 degrees, there is Dashami date of Krishna Paksha.  Dashami date is one of the full dates.  All the work done in Poorna Tithi gets completed.

When Dashami Tithi falls on a Saturday, Amrit Tithi Yoga is formed.  And Siddhida Yoga is formed when the Tithi falls on a Thursday.  Amrit Siddha Yoga according to its name gives auspicious results.  All the work done in Siddhi Yoga is proved.
