इस यंत्र को स्थिर लग्न में यथाविधि द्वारा पूजना चाहिए. इस यंत्र को गंगाजल व पंचामृत से शुद्ध किया जाता है. पांच अकीक लें और उनके उपर स्फटिक श्री यंत्र को रखें. अब यंत्र को विग्रह में चौकी पर लाला वस्त्र बिछाकर स्थापित करें और यथाविधि पंचोपचार व षडोशोपचार पूजन करें व मंत्र जाप करं

सर्वप्रथम श्री गणेश जी का स्मरण करें और फिर माँ लक्ष्मी जी के मंत्र:- “ॐ श्रीं ह्रीं श्रीं कमले कमलालये प्रसीद प्रसीद श्री ह्रीं श्री ॐ महालक्ष्म्यै नम:” का जाप करना चाहिए. लक्ष्मी जी के जाप के उपरांत शुक्र ग्रह के मंत्र:-  ऊँ द्रां द्रीं द्रौं सः शुक्राय नम:।  को जपना चाहिए तथा अंत में धनपति कुबेर जी का स्मरण व मंत्र पूजन:- ऊँ यक्षाय कुबेराय वैश्रणवाय धनधान्यादिपतये धनधान्यसमृद्धि में देहि देहि दापय दापय स्वाहा। करना चाहिए.
