शरद पूर्णिमा का महत्व

ऐसी मान्यता है कि माता लक्ष्मी का जन्म शरद पूर्णिमा के दिन हुआ था। इसलिए देश के कई हिस्सों में शरद पूर्णिमा को लक्ष्मी पूजन किया जाता है।

शरद पूर्णिमा को कोजागौरी लोक्खी (देवी लक्ष्मी) की पूजा की जाती है। चाहे पूर्णिमा किसी भी वक्त प्रारंभ हो पर पूजा दोपहर 12 बजे बाद ही शुभ मुहूर्त में होती है।

पूजा में लक्ष्मीजी की प्रतिमा के अलावा कलश, धूप, दुर्वा, कमल का पुष्प, हर्तकी, कौड़ी, आरी (छोटा सूपड़ा), धान, सिंदूर व नारियल के लड्डू प्रमुख होते हैं। जहां तक बात पूजन विधि की है तो इसमें रंगोली और उल्लू ध्वनि का विशेष स्थान है।

जब द्वापर युग में भगवान श्री कृष्ण का जन्म हुआ, तब मां लक्ष्मी राधा रूप में अवतरित हुईं। भगवान श्री कृष्ण और राधा की अद्भुत रासलीला का आरंभ भी शरद पूर्णिमा के दिन माना जाता है।

शैव भक्तों के लिए शरद पूर्णिमा का विशेष महत्व है। मान्यता है कि भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती के पुत्र कुमार कार्तिकेय का जन्म भी शरद पूर्णिमा के दिन हुआ था। इसी कारण से इसे कुमार पूर्णिमा भी कहा जाता है।

पश्चिम बंगाल और उड़ीसा में इस दिन कुमारी कन्याएं प्रातः काल स्नान करके सूर्य और चन्द्रमा की पूजा करती हैं। माना जाता है कि इससे उन्हें योग्य पति की प्राप्त होती है।

अनादिकाल से चली आ रही प्रथा का आज फिर निर्वाह किया जाएगा। स्वास्थ्य और अमृत्व की चाह में एक बार फिर खीर आदि को शरद-चंद्र की चांदनी में रखा जाएगा और प्रसाद स्वरूप इसका सेवन किया जाएगा।

रोगियों के लिए वरदान हैं शरद पूर्णिमा की रात

एक अध्ययन के अनुसार शरद पूर्णिमा के दिन औषधियों की स्पंदन क्षमता अधिक होती है। रसाकर्षण के कारण जब अंदर का पदार्थ सांद्र होने लगता है, तब रिक्तिकाओं से विशेष प्रकार की ध्वनि उत्पन्न होती है।

लंकाधिपति रावण शरद पूर्णिमा की रात किरणों को दर्पण के माध्यम से अपनी नाभि पर ग्रहण करता था। इस प्रक्रिया से उसे पुनर्योवन शक्ति प्राप्त होती थी। चांदनी रात में 10 से मध्यरात्रि 12 बजे के बीच कम वस्त्रों में घूमने वाले व्यक्ति को ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है। सोमचक्र, नक्षत्रीय चक्र और आश्विन के त्रिकोण के कारण शरद ऋतु से ऊर्जा का संग्रह होता है और बसंत में निग्रह होता है।

अध्ययन के अनुसार दुग्ध में लैक्टिक अम्ल और अमृत तत्व होता है। यह तत्व किरणों से अधिक मात्रा में शक्ति का शोषण करता है। चावल में स्टार्च होने के कारण यह प्रक्रिया और आसान हो जाती है। इसी कारण ऋषि-मुनियों ने शरद पूर्णिमा की रात्रि में खीर खुले आसमान में रखने का विधान किया है। यह परंपरा विज्ञान पर आधारित है।

 शोध के अनुसार खीर को चांदी के पात्र में बनाना चाहिए। चांदी में प्रतिरोधकता अधिक होती है। इससे विषाणु दूर रहते हैं। हल्दी का उपयोग निषिद्ध है। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को कम से कम 30 मिनट तक शरद पूर्णिमा का स्नान करना चाहिए। रात्रि 10 से 12 बजे तक का समय उपयुक्त रहता है।

 वर्ष में एक बार शरद पूर्णिमा की रात दमा रोगियों के लिए वरदान बनकर आती है। इस रात्रि में दिव्य औषधि को खीर में मिलाकर उसे चांदनी रात में रखकर प्रात: 4 बजे सेवन किया जाता है। रोगी को रात्रि जागरण करना पड़ता है और औ‍षधि सेवन के पश्चात 2-3 किमी पैदल चलना लाभदायक रहता है।

1. शरद पूर्णिमा के दिन सुबह जल्दी उठकर स्नान आदि करने के बाद अपने इष्टदेव से समझ व्रत का संकल्प लें।

2. ध्यान रखें की पूजा के स्थान को अच्छे से साफ कर लें। इसके बाद मां लक्ष्मी और भगवान विष्णु की प्रतिमा स्थापित करें। इसके बाद मूर्तियों को कुश के आसन पर रखकर जल से पवित्र कर लें। इसके बाद उन्हें गंध, अक्षत, पुष्प, धूप, दीप, नैवेद्य, तांबूल, सुपारी और दक्षिणा आदि अर्पित करें। इसके बाद पूजा और व्रत का संकल्प दौहराएं।

Significance of Sharad Purnima

Apart from the idol of Laxmiji in worship, Kalash, Dhoop, Durva, Lotus flower, Hartaki, Kauri, Aari (small succulent), Paddy, Vermilion and Coconut laddus are prominent.  As far as the worship method is concerned, Rangoli and owl sound have a special place in it.

When Lord Krishna was born in Dwapar Yuga, then Goddess Lakshmi incarnated in the form of Radha.  The beginning of the wonderful Rasleela of Lord Shri Krishna and Radha is also considered on the day of Sharad Purnima.

Sharad Purnima has special significance for Shaivite devotees.  It is believed that Kumar Kartikeya, the son of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati, was also born on the day of Sharad Purnima.  For this reason it is also called Kumar Purnima.

In West Bengal and Orissa, on this day, virgin girls take a bath in the morning and worship the sun and the moon.  It is believed that by this she gets a worthy husband.

The practice which has been going on since time immemorial will be maintained again today.  In the desire of health and immortality, once again Kheer etc. will be kept in the moonlight of Sharad-moon and it will be consumed as Prasad.

The night of Sharad Purnima is a boon for the patients.

According to a study, on the day of Sharad Purnima, the pulsating power of medicines is high.  When the substance inside becomes concentrated due to entrapment, a special type of sound is produced from the vacuoles.

Lankadhipati Ravana used to receive the rays on the night of Sharad Purnima through a mirror at his navel.  Through this process he would get rejuvenating power.  In a moonlit night, between 10 and 12 midnight, a person who walks in less clothes gets energy.  Somachakra, nakshatra chakra and Ashwin's triangle result in accumulation of energy from autumn and control in spring.

According to the study, milk contains lactic acid and nectar element.  This element exploits a greater amount of power from the rays.  The starch in the rice makes this process easier.  For this reason, sages have made a law to keep Kheer in the open sky on the night of Sharad Purnima.  This tradition is based on science.

According to research, Kheer should be made in a silver vessel.  Silver has high resistivity.  This keeps the virus away.  The use of turmeric is prohibited.  Everyone should take a bath of Sharad Purnima for at least 30 minutes.  The best time is from 10 to 12 in the night.

Once a year, the night of Sharad Purnima comes as a boon for asthma patients.  On this night, divine medicine is mixed with kheer and kept in moonlit night and consumed at 4 in the morning.  The patient has to do night awakening and walking 2-3 km after taking the medicine is beneficial.
