 If you search in the original eternal texts of Muhurta Shastra, then you will get a beautiful description of the auspicious time, day, month etc. for the treatment of diseases.  If these are followed wisely then the chances of good results will definitely increase.  At what time to see the doctor?  From what day or at what time should the treatment be started?  If you are going for surgery, then at what time should the doctor start preparing for it??  There are many such questions which must be arising in the curious mind.  With only a little knowledge and in a short time, the solution of these questions can be found.  In Indian astrology, many things are taken care of to find out the auspicious time of surgery, such as - Vaar, Tithi, Nakshatra, Karana, Yoga, Position of the new planets, Mal month, Adhik month, Venus and Guru ast, Inauspicious yoga, Bhadra  Auspicious time is taken out from the combination of these, auspicious Lagna, Shubh Yoga and Rahu Kaal.  Like Sarvarthasiddhi Yoga: - If Rohini, Mrigashira, Pushya, Anuradha and Shravan Nakshatra are there on Monday then

 Sarvarthasiddhi Yoga is created.  Now you tell me, after doing all this, an auspicious time is taken out, then surely this time will act as a light in your life.

  Auspicious time for surgery / operation of the patient -

 If you are sick and the treatment for that disease is surgery and the doctor has told you that you will have to undergo an operation.  In this situation, you can ask your doctor that how long you have to do the operation immediately, then you should get the operation done without thinking, but if the doctor says that you can do the operation according to your convenience, then you have to be determined for the operation.  The Muhurta must be selected, if you do so then the chances of success of the operation increase.

  Auspicious time for patient's operation

Going into surgery, try in the same way on 4th, 9th, 14th dates, Monday, Tuesday or Thursday and Ashwini of both the sides.  The combinations of Mrigashira, Flower, Hasta, Swati, Anuradha, Jyestha, Shravan or Shatmisha nakshatras should come together.  If one has to go in completely pure calculations, then knowledge of astrology, planetary transits etc. is absolutely necessary.  In the absence of time to start taking the medicine, if it is not possible to make accurate calculations, then treatment can be started by looking at the date, wise and constellation from the Panchag.  The 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 15th dates of Shukla Paksha prove to be auspicious for this.  Incidentally, if these dates fall on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, then it is an even better yoga.  If Ashwini, Mrigashira, Punarvasa, Pushpa, Hasta, Chitra, Swati, Anuradha, Mool, Shravan, Ghartha and Revati Nakshatras are also found, that is, if the combination of all the three nakshatras, date, day and constellation is formed together, then the medicine will give very satisfactory results.  and can be proven to be medical.  Keep these also special attention - 1) As far as possible, the operation should be done in Shukla Paksha only.  2) The full moon day should not be chosen for the operation as far as possible because the circulation of bodily fluids is at its peak on this day.  3) At the time of operation, the transiting moon should not be transiting in the birth sign.  4) Saturday and Tuesday are good for operation.  5) It is important for Mars to be strong.  6) There should not be any planet in the eighth house of the birth chart.  7) Ardra, Jyeshtha, Mool and Ashlesha Nakshatra and Chaturthi, Navami and Chaturdashi Tithis are good for operation.  Whichever part of the body is to be operated on, the house which has the right of the horoscope on that part, that house should be in good condition.

 There should be no planet in the eighth house of the birth chart and it should be aspected by good planets.  ,  ,  ,  ,  The auspicious time for surgery should be considered in the following way .... Auspicious dates: - 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13 (of Shukla Paksha).  Auspicious days are:- Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  Auspicious Nakshatras:- Ashwini, Mrigashira, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Shravan and Visakha are.

ऑपरेशन व सर्जरी के लिए शुभ मुहूर्त का चयन कैसे करें ?

जानिए कैसे बनता है सर्जरी का शुभ मुहूर्त -  

मुहूर्त शास्त्र के मूल शास्वत ग्रंथों में यदि तलाशें तो रोगों के उपचार के लिए शुभ समय , दिन , माह आदि का सुन्दर वर्णन मिल जाएगा । इनका यदि बौद्धिकता से अनुसरण किया जाए तो अच्छे परिणामों की सम्भावना निश्चित रूप से बढ़ जाएगी । किस समय चिकित्सक से मिलें ? किस दिन से अथवा किस समय से उपचार प्रारम्भ करें ? शल्य चिकित्सा हेतु जा रहें हैं तो किस समय उसके लिए चिकित्सक तैयारी प्रारम्भ करें ?? ऐसे अनेक प्रश्न है जो जिज्ञासु मन में उठ रहें होंगे । मात्र थोड़े से ज्ञान और अल्प समय में इन प्रश्नों का समाधान मिल सकता है । भारतीय ज्योतिष शास्त्र में सर्जरी का शुभ मुहूर्त निकालने के लिए अनेक बातो का ध्यान रखा जाता है जैसे - वार , तिथि , नक्षत्र , करण , योग , नव ग्रहों की स्थिति , मल मास , अधिक मास , शुक्र और गुरु अस्त , अशुभ योग , भद्रा , शुभ लग्न , शुभ योग तथा राहू काल इन्ही के योग से शुभ मुहूर्त निकाला जाता है । जैसे सर्वार्थसिद्धि योग : - यदि सोमवार के दिन रोहिणी , मृगशिरा , पुष्य , अनुराधा तथा श्रवण नक्षत्र हो तो 

सर्वार्थसिद्धि योग का निर्माण होता है । अब आप ही बताइये इतना सब कुछ करने के बाद शुभ मुहूर्त निकाला जाता है तो अवश्य ही यह समय आपके जीवन में ज्योति का काम करेगा । 

रोगी के शल्य / ऑपरेशन कराने का शुभ मुहूर्त -

यदि आप बीमार है और उस बिमारी का इलाज शल्य चिकित्सा है तथा डॉक्टर ने आपको यह बताया है कि आप ऑपरेशन कराना होगा । इस स्थिति में आप अपने डॉक्टर से पूछ सकते है कि कब तक कराना है तुरंत ऑपरेशन कराना है तब तो बिना सोचे समझे आपको ऑपरेशन करा लेना चाहिए परन्तु यदि डॉक्टर यह कहता है कि आप अपने सुविधानुसार ऑपरेशन करा सकते है तो आपको ऑपरेशन के लिए निर्धारित शुभ मुहूर्त का अवश्य ही चयन करना चाहिए यदि ऐसा करते है तो ऑपरेशन के सफलता का चांस बढ़ |

रोगी के  ऑपरेशन कराने का शुभ मुहूर्त - 

यदि आप बीमार है और उस बिमारी का इलाज शल्य चिकित्सा है तथा डॉक्टर ने आपको यह बताया है कि आप ऑपरेशन कराना होगा । इस स्थिति में आप अपने डॉक्टर से पूछ सकते है कि कब तक कराना है तुरंत ऑपरेशन कराना है तब तो बिना सोचे समझे आपको ऑपरेशन करा लेना चाहिए परन्तु यदि डॉक्टर यह कहता है कि आप अपने सुविधानुसार ऑपरेशन करा सकते है तो आपको ऑपरेशन के लिए निर्धारित शुभ मुहूर्त का अवश्य ही चयन करना चाहिए यदि ऐसा करते है तो ऑपरेशन के सफलता का चांस बढ़ जाता है ।शल्य चिकित्सा में जा रहे हैं तो इसी प्रकार प्रयास करें कि दोनों पक्षों की 4 , 9 , 14 तिथियाँ , सोमवार , मंगलवार अथवा गुरूवार और अश्विनी , मृगशिरा , पुष्प , हस्त , स्वाति , अनुराधा , ज्येष्ठा , श्रवण अथवा शतमिषा नक्षत्रों के संयोग एक साथ मिल जाएं । यदि पूर्णतया विशुद्ध गणनाओं में जाना है तो ज्योतिष ज्ञान , ग्रहगोचर आदि का ज्ञान परम आवश्यक है । औषधि सेवन के लिए प्रारम्भ करने के लिए समय के अभाव में यदि विशुद्ध गणना करना सम्भव न हो तब पंचाग से मात्र तिथि , वार और नक्षत्र देखकर उपचार प्रारम्भ कर सकते हैं । शुक्ल पक्ष की 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 और 15 तिथियाँ इसके लिए शुभ सिद्ध होती हैं । संयोग से यह तिथियाँ रविवार , सोमवार , बुधवार , गुरूवार अथवा शुक्रवार की पड़ती हैं तो यह और भी अच्छा योग है । इनमें यदि अश्विनी , मृगाशिरा , पुनर्वस , पुष्प , हस्त , चित्रा , स्वाति , अनुराधा , मूल , श्रवण , घनिष्ठा और रेवती नक्षत्र भी मिल जाए अर्थात् तिथि , दिन और नक्षत्र तीनों के संयोग एक साथ बन जाएं तब तो बहुत ही संतोष जनक परिणाम औषधि और चिकित्सा के सिद्ध हो सकते हैं । इनका भी रखें विशेष ध्यान -1 ) जहाँ तक संभव हो ऑपरेशन शुक्ल पक्ष में ही करवाना चाहिए । 2 ) ऑपरेशन के लिए जहाँ तक संभव हो पूर्णिमा का दिन नहीं चुनना चाहिए क्योंकि इस दिन शारीरिक द्रव्यों का संचार अपने चरम पर होता है । 3 ) ऑपरेशन के समय गोचर का चन्द्रमा जन्म राशि में संचार नहीं कर रहा होना चाहिए । 4 ) शनिवार और मंगलवार ऑपरेशन के लिए अच्छे हैं । 5 ) मंगल का मज़बूत होना ज़रूरी है । 6 ) जन्म कुंडली के आठवें घर में कोई ग्रह नहीं होना चाहिए । 7 ) आर्द्रा , ज्येष्ठ , मूल और अश्लेषा नक्षत्र और चतुर्थी , नवमी और चतुर्दशी तिथियां ऑपरेशन के लिए अच्छी हैं । शरीर के जिस भी हिस्से पर ऑपरेशन किया जाना है , उस हिस्से पर कुंडली के जिस घर का अधिकार होता है वह घर अच्छी स्थिति में होना चाहिए

जन्म कुडला क आठव घर म काई ग्रह नहीं होना स्थिति में होना चाहिए और उसपर अच्छे ग्रहों की दृष्टि होनी चाहिए 1 अगर इन सब चीज़ों का ध्यान रखा जाए तो ऑपरेशन से सम्बंधित खतरे को काफी कम किया जा सकता है । ? ? ? ? शल्य चिकित्सा हेतु शुभ मुहूर्त का विचार निम्न प्रकार से करना चाहिए .... शुभ तिथियां : - 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 10 , 12 , 13 ( शुक्ल पक्ष की ) हैं । शुभ वार : - रविवार , मंगलवार , गुरूवार और शनिवार हैं । शुभ नक्षत्र : - अश्विनी , मृगशिरा , उत्तरा फाल्गुनी , हस्त , श्रवण तथा विशाखा हैं |

उपर्युक्त शुभ मुहूर्त के निर्धारण में यदि शुभ तिथियां , वार तथा नक्षत्र का एक साथ निर्धारण नहीं हो पा रहा है तो इनमे से कम से कम दो का चयन कर ऑपरेशन करवा लेना चाहिए।
